Thread that inspired this one. (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?73816-The-OC-Interviews-End)

You wake up to find a strange note floating before you. This would normally cause some concern as notes don't typically float, now do they? Also, you may or may not remember falling asleep (hell, maybe you don't even sleep to begin with!). The note is written on plain white paper in calligraphy. It reads as follows:

"Looking for a fun time? An experience you won't forget until you totally do because it won't be canon? Maybe you just want to fuck around with a group of individuals who are just as weird and wacky as yourself! If you do, then just sign this note, place it on a door of your choosing, and you'll find yourself in our amazing, violence free lounge! Food, beverage, and entertainment provided, and there'll be solo and group interviews galore! Can't wait to see you here!

-Mysterious Host of Mysterious Mysteries and Bemusing Wonderment

You decide to yourself, why the hell not? You could use a day or two off.

Welcome one and all, to the Character Clubhouse and Interview Lounge! If you read the scenario above, you likely understand the general premise of this, but I'll be sure to further explain anyways!

Overview: This is an RP-esque event to let writers from all over the site have some fun with and give some interesting looks into their characters. Violence and other hostile acts are not only not permitted here, they can't even occur! Questions will be asked, and characters are permitted to answer in one of two ways:

Public/Group Interview: Answering in front of everybody! This allows people to openly talk and react to the answers as they're being answered. Some questions can only be answered publicly. Don't like it? Don't answer at all then! No answer is always viable.

Private/Solo Interview: Using a private interview room, you can PM your characters answer. Obviously, this means nobody else can see it, though that doesn't mean you can't be persuaded to share it with others! Any private interviews will be posted after the event concludes; not for reactionary purposes since all you bums will be gone, but for pure entertainment. Some questions will only be provate, so as before, not answering is always viable.

Rules:
1. No violence or hostile actions. Anybody trying will get a strike and have their post edited or deleted. Three strikes and you're banned from the thread.

2. Keep mature themes SFW. You can get a bit raunchy if you like, but if it travels down the route of becoming NSFW, you get your post edited/deleted and get a strike. Same as above, three strikes, you're threadbanned.

3. Stay in character. While this RP will involve breaking the fourth wall, characters are still characters. Keep them in character. No penalties for this, it's just kind of a dick move to just act OOC for no reason.

4. Only control your own character(s). If they aren't yours, don't control them or answer for them. Basic RP etiquette.

Layout:
Lobby: How you enter and exit the establishment. Only accessible by invite. A pretty plain room, has a check in desk. Leads to Main Lounge.

Main Lounge: Where the magic happens. Has couches, chairs, tables, a bar, television, a jukebox with every song ever written, magazines, and access to every other room. Where most stuff will likely happen.

Restrooms: Male, Female, It, Other. Each room is equipped with 12 toilets, 4 urinals, 8 stalls. Why does the Female restroom have urinals? Don't ask, don't tell.

Kitchen: Where the food comes from. You're not allowed there.

Private Interview Rooms: Somehow, there always seems to be enough for each guest. A plain black room with a stool in it and a microphone. Questions are heard over an intercom. (PM responses to me.) One entity per room.

Side Lounge: A smaller lounge for those who don't care for crowds. Plays jazz over the speaker at a soft tone, has a more classy bar, and fits ten entities max. No interviews are held here.

NPCs:

Bill Washington: Main Interviewer and an overall swell guy. Likes to make jokes and keep the mood light. A bit on the tall side, he's lean, clean shaven, has long black hair he keeps in a ponytail and bright brown eyes like caramel. Wears a green cardigan over a white button up and some khaki slacks. Wears brown loafers, and is a loafer enthusiast. He also likes collecting candles.

Nina LeFleur: Bartender in the Main Lounge. Red hair, green eyes, and a splash of freckles. Not much for conversation, she has a scar across her nose from some previous scuffle involving a bear, a yeti, two recently thawed cavemen, a cup of cocoa with three marshmallows and no whipped cream, and a crucifix with a leprechaun. She's a bit shorr, a bit pale, and wears a black vest over a white button up. Has black pants and shoes.

Joey Johnstar: A sandy-blond haired bloke with a bit of an accent you can't seem to place and stormy grey eyes. He works bartender in the Side Lounge and enjoys mixing fancy drinks in fancy ways. Has a collection of rare and exotic teeth from animals he's supposedly suplexed. Roughly average height, lightly bronzed skin. Wears a black vest and white button up shirt with a black tie. Wears black pants and shoes.

X: She works in the Lobby and takes guest information. She is slightly larger than average cockatiel with glasses on. Has a slightly bored tone at all times. Quick to get riled. Has actually killed people with her glare. Fluent in 76 different languages, most unknown to humans, and at least two spoken exclusively my daffodils.

Notes:
-This is meant to be light-hearted and fun with occasional serious topics. Try to keep it from getting out of hand.

-Anybody can join at any time with any character. Simply provide a description of your character's appearance when they enter and check in with X. A list of guests and how they look will be kept here in the OP for reference, as well as the post they introduced themselves.

-NPCs can be mildly used, so long as they remain in character. If any are used OOC, I retain the right to change posts to reflect this.

-Only myself or Luna (if she likes) may ask interview questions.

-Remember, this place is non-hostile and non-canon. Likely, your abilities won't matter. If you have issue with this, you may not wish to participate.

Guests:

Dozer: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge&p=1469663&viewfull=1#post1469663)
Appearance: He looks like a average white 18 year old male. He has black hair and brown eyes. For this occasion, he has chosen a green sleeved T-short and light brown cargo pants. Finally, he wears a gold cross necklace. He wields a black metallic extending staff with hollow tips on either side. When a charge is create, there is a thin line running through the hollow part. When a charge is actively being used, there is a bubble like affect. Both the line and bubble are colors that vary depending on the charge power. They are Green, blue, purple, and red.

Iris Bright: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge&p=1469665&viewfull=1#post1469665)
Appearance: Iris stands at 5' 8" and looks to be average weight. His body is well toned and he has a square face, which is buzzed and clean-shaven. Regardless of weather or temperature however, he keeps all of his skin covered virtually all of the time. He dons a plain white hoodie, which drapes over a black paintball mask with white trips and a gold, reflective visor. Black gloves cover his hands, and his worn out blue jeans tuck into his steel toed boots. Under his hoodie, he wears a black turtleneck, leading all the way up to the beginning of his neck.

Under his layers, it would be clear that his entire body is composted of water, kept in shape by his very dense, yet nearly invisible, membrane.

Gangsta Tom: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge&p=1469671&viewfull=1#post1469671)

Gangsta Tom is 6"4, with a surprisingly strong build. He has a slightly stained black hoodie, badly ripped jeans, and scuffed jays. (Normal Black Jays)
Looks Irish-Mexican, with a slightly golden complexion. However, he has no accent. A pair of stylish sunglasses compliment his overall look.
His hair is covered by a black-and-white striped baseball cap, so it is not visible.
Seems slightly drunk, either that or he's sick. Still conscious enough to think.

Abra: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge-Fifth-Question&p=1471034&viewfull=1#post1471034)
With unblemished white skin, he wears a three piece white suit that fits his frame perfectly, as it should being custom made. He has a platinum tie clip holding down a crimson tie and platinum cuff links that glitter in the light. The light sparkles off his hair, giving him a golden blond halo. He has stunning electric blue eyes that seem to pierce through people, except they also have a softness to them, that mixed with his charismatic smile and overall beauty gives him an aura of comfort and friendliness.

Altaer: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge&p=1469522&viewfull=1#post1469522)
In casual environments he will usually wear something like a pair of slightly fitted dark stone washed jeans and a black turtleneck. Black leather belt with a pair of super elaborate Colt m1911's on it. Because that's just the way he works. Black half-boots will be on his feet. Most likely with a pair of very long knives slipped into each boot. Because that's just the way he rolls.

He's about average height, but his muscles and bearing make him seem more imposing (and the stupidly large beat-up leather duster he wears often...).

He has a pair of large scars that make a backwards "L" shape on the right side of his face.

Sleipnir: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge&p=1469680&viewfull=1#post1469680)
She DOES have a physical body (a long-haired, short blonde with one organic eye (which btw has a yellow iris) and another cybernetic, wearing the same things as Al.ice(black frock coat with forestial green trim. Wears a grey armless dress with a skirt (and interesting wavy patterns on both the torso and skirt material. Said patterns are the green I keep mentioning) underneath said coat. Has grey knee high boots with green trim) but inverted colours(black=white, green=red and gray=still gray). She has a and a red quiver on her back. She has never been seen carrying a bow tho… (also she, Al.ice and Adrian all have an ear piece. Said earpiece is grey and highly rounded, and will never fall out unintentionally. The earpiece allows them to communicate telepathically, but only them. Also, the earpiece IS archaotech and can only be blocked by the same).

Adrian: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge&p=1469680&viewfull=1#post1469680)
An angelic arsehole. Wears a blue jacket, a gold shirt, blue jeans and gold trainers. Has short, curly light brown hair and blue eyes. Cheeky bastard who is unimpressed by your authoritay. Speaks Spanish and English (for those here who actually speak Spanish, feel free to write him saying things in Spanish, as long as you explain afterwards for obvious reasons. I can’t, so I won’t). Has a sword with a sheath that seems to be made of some sort of blue stone. The hilt is blue. Said sword is either hanging off his back or his left hip.

Riley: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge&p=1470082&viewfull=1#post1470082)
Riley is tall, standing 75 inches, or six foot three. He is well built, with fairly broad shoulders. His size to weight ratio is deceiving though, as Riley weighs 80 pounds more than he actually is, thanks to his implants, at 284 pounds.

The CIA agent has sandy colored hair, with flecks of beige here and their, as well as a streak of grey, which was obtained during his enhancement. His eyes are a warm coffee color, and his nose is slightly crooked from a fight during middle school. His eyes are usually squinted in bright light as he has sensitive eyesight.

Large, white scars run along the backs of his arms, hands, fingers, legs, spine, and neck. He carries his weapons (an R700 Rifle and two M9 Berettas) with him always, but he doesn't use them unless on an assignment.

Riley's pretty stoic most of the time, the only way you see any time of emotion is if you bring up two of his favorite things, guns and his family. He isn't rude, but he isn't the most polite guy in the world either. He's more blunt than anything. He does show a chivalrous nature towards women though...

Riley wears a baggy pair of brown cargo pants, a long-sleeve gray shirt, and a long beige overcoat. His feet are clad in shin high leather boots.

Tanya Harlinx (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge-First-Question&p=1470169&viewfull=1#post1470169)
Appearance: Of age 23, the woman has beautiful long blonde locks, crimson eyes, caucasian facial features. Stands at about 6 ft 1, with a slim but very toned body. At the time of this interview, her wardrobe consists of a plain V neck T-shirt, black leather jeans and pair of hiking boots.

Light: (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge-Second-Question&p=1470283&viewfull=1#post1470283)

Appearance:Once Light was a beautiful man to look upon, a true man in his prime. Now after what seems to be a curse of undeath, he has been transformed into a husk of his former glory. His skin has turned grey, and his once large and powerful body now seemingly starved. His blue eyes now just empty sockets with small blue flames to illuminate them. His body has grown so "starved" that one can easily see some bones sticking out, stretching out the skin. Where once was his graceful blonde hair, is now a grey balding head.

Of course that's all under the armor. The armor itself was once beautiful and decorated with angelic decoration and shined like with a bright silvery color in the sun. Truly a spectacle on earth. Now it is, much like Light himself, a husk of it's former self. The decorations are gone, and its silvery has turned into a much more darker tone.

Cadell (and Clemence) (http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?101380-Character-Clubhouse-and-Interview-Lounge-Fifth-Question&p=1471353&viewfull=1#post1471353)

Cadell Mazda isn't a wizard. His parents most certainly are; great ones at that. However, Cadell is definitely not anything of the sort, and is far from being compared to one.

Most accurately portrayed as a rebellious teenage boy with an obsession for button-up hoodies and a lack of understanding towards the importance of his studies, magical or otherwise, Cadell is a work in progress. Full of unused intellectual potential and laziness, he spends the majority, or more simply put, too much of his time fiddling around with ideas that hold no direct relevance to any current topics he might be dealing with. Despite being what could be described as a magical prodigy, he is far from being an effective genius. Simply put, his constant lack of concentration prevents him from getting anything useful done in a short period of time. Sent away from his home to learn to fend for himself as a self-sufficient mage according to his family's tradition, he has become somewhat of a loner. Despite his obvious lack of social interaction, he is a relatively good natured and isn't easily brought to anger in most situations. Admittingly, though, he can be a bit of a talker, and will sometimes ramble on and on if he stumbles on the opportunity to get invested in a conversation. On a side note, he has an annoying obsession with cheap jokes.

Standing at roughly 5'7", clean shaven, almost always dressed in an obnoxious dark grey button-up hoodie over a boring, blank white shirt, and green cargo pants, Cadell is a skinny, mostly physically fit, 17-something teenager with a tendency to not really stand out in a crowd. With light colored skin hinting at something that could be possibly called a "tan," but should probably be referred to as light sunburn, dark brown eyes, and messy short cut hair of the same color, he possesses the equivalent of a mixed Italian/German heritage that mainly influences his facial complexion. Beyond a ridiculous amount of pencils stuffed in his pockets and a dirty pair of what used to be expensive blue sunglasses, he doesn't really bother to have any other items on his person.

At least, that's how the "book" describes him with an arguable amount over-exaggeration.

* (This bit is referencing how the description at the start is from Clemence's POV, not necessarily the literal truth, but right about on point)

Bond inside a magical tome, Clemence is a eudemon in service to the Mazda house, a long-lasting and powerful line of wizards tasked with protecting those who pay homage to their services. An outwardly grouchy and irritated spirit, he often leaves a poor impression on those who first meet him. Having been a loyal servant of the Mazda's for over a century, he is a trusted friend of the family and Cadell's technical mentor. While originally a massively powerful entity capable of powerful elemental magic, his powers have severely drained overtime from an existence that has been strained over several thousand years. In fact, the tome he is bond to is the only thing preventing him from fading away. However, this spirit is by no means "weak." Tasked with teaching and protecting Cadell, the next generation of the Mazda's, he has so far been able to protect the boy from external threats, although his confidence in doing so has lowered the further they travel from their homeworld. Able to change the size and shape of his vessel at will, Clemence is usually a pocket-sized notepad resting in Cadell's side pocket. Possessing a mental connection sustained by magic, the two can communicate freely between their thoughts, much to either's displeasure. Despite this, the two are great friends, although Clemence's attitude towards it is often sarcastically negative.

I'm in.

And I'll be using Altaer, I think. David's doing too many battles to take time for stuff like this.

Besides, Al's my party animal.

Name: Altaer. Will go by either Al, Al Aby, or The Fixer.
Age: None, really. Looks to be in his mid twenties. He hasn't been around that long, though...so IRL he's only just barely around thirty.

Bio: Altaer started out as The Fixer. His parents did...something...unusual. Anyhow, they were killed, he was kidnapped and sold on the human trafficking market. He fought his captors, so they put him to work as a kind of underground fighter/gladiator. By his mid teens he was extremely valuable...but also extremely skilled in killing.

He broke free and made use of his primary skill set -- killing -- to make money. He would pick out targets that he wanted to eliminate for reasons of his own (and take contracts occasionally as well), kill them, and then steal all of their money.

He eventually fell in love and got married, and was actually beginning to become happy again. Oh, and when I say "love" I mean like heart-and-soul stuff here. Anyhow, on their honeymoon one of the people he had attacked once before came back to try to kill him and ended up killing his wife. Yeah. Sucks.

Somewhere in here he meets David who saves his life and they become best buds.

His emotional state became shit (this is when he became the excessive drinker, gambler, partier, etc). He ended up trying to kill the dude (with Dante's help)...only to find out the dude (leader of Nexcorp, btw) was actually a demon. Demon x Human -- Altaer dies. But by turn of events that has yet to be properly explained, he gets tapped on the shoulder by The Great One to fill in a vacancy in the Chaos-Void hierarchy.

Altaer comes back, beats the shit out of an oily alien fucker, beheads the Demon dude who kills him, and melds back into relatively normal life. After a while he rebels against his Chaos superior, wins (with David's help) and becomes a Chaos Deity. In the process he regained his emotions (which he had lost after death, originally) and gets emotionally screwed again.

Still, he's happier than before, and making progress.

Personality:
He's a party animal, and generally happy-go-lucky. Can have dark moods, but usually when alone. He loves pretty much every vice out there...and is freakishly ridiculously good with getting girls. Maybe it's one of his powers. He also drinks a ton because he's immune to poisons like alcohol so he doesn't give a fuck. Is surprisingly nice sometimes, but is also a cocky son of a gun.

Appearance:Look at my prof pic, or check out the link in my sig.

Also, though -- in casual environments he will usually wear something like a pair of slightly fitted dark stone washed jeans and a black turtleneck. Black leather belt with a pair of super elaborate Colt m1911's on it. Because that's just the way he works. Black half-boots will be on his feet. Most likely with a pair of very long knives slipped into each boot. Because that's just the way he rolls.

Don't worry, he won't get violent.

I'll enter with Sencarn, Leader of Sanctuary.

Relatives: Unknown
Age: 18

Short Bio: Born a normal person with an immense heart and compassion, Sencarn was so generous in his living that he eventually saw his own ruin due to his obsessive helping of others. It was at his lowest, however, that a voice reached out to Sencarn, guiding him on a path that eventually led him to obtain power over the Seven Sins. He used these powers to reap the evil from people and vice versa, but now is much more concerned with freeing gladiators from the barbaric RHG system.

Appearance:
Sencarn's eyes were once a maroon color, however due to his collecting of sin, his eyes become slightly lighter with each sin collected. His hair is a long, unkempt wild brown, and the way he dresses is very lazy. We're talking sweatpants, jacket, torn jeans, etc. Sencarn's race is unknown, though he is presumed to be Dominican.

Personality:
Despite his appearance, Sencarn is a relatively serious person with a refined voice and tone. While he once did love all man's flaws, he is now more disgusted by sin and injustice than ever. He still cares for and attempts to see the good in people, but not before he separates it from the bad.

Not too familiar with RPs, but you gotta start somewhere and this looks like it's gonna be interesting.

He won't be violent, but he will bring his staff with him in case there's any questions pertaining to it. Just don't expect too much activity till i'm finished with IRL stuff. His appearance is in his profile under appearance.

Sencarn adjusts the gilded monocle seemingly levitating just off the surface of his face, approaching the bird and bending slightly over the counter before scribbling his name on a piece of paper lazily clapped to a clipboard. Regardless of weather or temperature however, he keeps all of his skin covered virtually all of the time. Under his layers, it would be clear that his entire body is composted of water, kept in shape by his very dense, yet nearly invisible, membrane.

Personality: Iris is a bit disconnected from the world. He keeps people at arms length mainly because he knows what he's made of, but also because he doesn't want to startle anyone. He feels more himself covered, feels smaller on the spot, but can open once he's warmed up to people. Iris is the type of person who wants to do good in the world, but a creeping paranoia keeps him restrained. All that doesn't mean he doesn't like people, however. He does, he just prefers not to be the center of attention.

Despite looking like totally the type of person who'd rob a bank and take a half dozen hostages, there was an awkward unease to which Iris entered the lobby, his eyes darting around the room, hidden by his visor with each step he took. There was a constriction where his gut should've been, but he tried shaking it off as he made his way inside, making his way towards the... bird with glasses. Lacking the authority to talk about oddities however, tried shoving it out of his mind, noticing the man before him and following his lead.

Dozer walked into the lounge calm and mildly happy about the events. So when the guy asked him to write his name down, he complied. He did so with a pen raising it to sign the name. But alas, pens are not made the same quality that they used to be. So when the pen touched the paper, ink blotted out over half of it. He gave a small uneasy smile and tried to laugh it off.

"Yeah sorry about that."

He tried to write his name again only this time it worked. After that, Derrick walked briskly into the main lounge without any further queue and before the man could rant off to him.

"Sorry," He gave a sheepish nod before going to pass through the door.

"Where am I oh right its dah--*snort* oh right a gotta intervieww sign me up brothhaaa"

Within the Main Lounge, Bill finally takes note of the entering guests, and in a panic, shuts off his phone.

Bill: "Hey folks! Glad to see you decided to take your invitation! No need to worry, time doesn't really affect you when you enter, so you'll leave at the same time you came in. Care for any drinks or anything? I'm hoping for a few more guests before we start up these interviews!"

Names: Malcolm and Mordecai

Malcolm- A mute teenager who wears large headphones that squish down his otherwise lush brown hair. His eyes are a deep blue. He has on a black hoodie with a white cross that meets over his heart and stretches all the way around. He wears black pants and shoes as well.

Mordecai- A blind teenager who wears white horn-rimmed glasses though he keeps his eyes closed. His outfit is a counterpart to Malcolm's. His hair is also pure white. The two could be seen as brothers.

Malcolm led Mordecai by the hand and the two walked up to the front desk. Nodding to her words, Malcolm swapped which hand was holding onto Mordecai's and quickly signed his name. He helped Mordecai to the desk and the boy signed his name under Malcolm's, who used his index fingers to signify the start and end of the box. Finished with his signature, Mordecai dropped the pen and took Malcolm's hand who walked them over to the others.

(OoC: Assuming I can bring 2 NPCs because he did can only go well. If I can only bring one, take Sleipnir)

She DOES have a physical body (a long-haired, short white-hair(pure white) with one organic eye (which btw has a grey iris) and another cybernetic(which has a dull white iris, as if blind), wearing the same things as Al.ice(black frock coat with forestial green trim. Wears a grey armless dress with a skirt (and interesting wavy patterns on both the torso and skirt material. Said patterns are the green I keep mentioning) underneath said coat. Has grey knee high boots with green trim) but swap the green out for white. She has a white quiver on her back.

Sleipnir is temperamental, quick to anger, quick to mirth, and sometimes quite vain, but she does have integrity and will stick up for her friends. Oh and considering how old she is and what places she's been to, she is often unsurprised/too old for your shit.

Gangsta Tom slowly limped to the desk, and grabbed the pen with vigor.
Instead of sloppily printing or flourishing his name, he began to poke holes in the paper, seemingly randomly.
When he was finished, there was something that looked like a G and a T.

He started to head toward the kitchen, but just as he was reaching the door, he smashed his head on the door, which caused him to stagger dizzily back into the women's bathroom.
Amid shrieking, he went back into the hallway, and shuffled his way toward the main lounge, muttering random gibberish.

Derrick was happy to reply to reply to Bill though he himself wasn't interested in the drinks. To him it seemed like some attempt to loosen their minds so they would spill their darkest secrets. Maybe it wasn't, but he didn't want any drinks at the movement anyways. He shrugged and headed over to the Jukebox before making his reply.

"Not entirely too interested in drinks before I have to represent myself by answering your questions, but I am interested in wondering what music this Jukebox play. Either that or we an see what's on television. That said, you might still want to open the bar up for the other guests because you never know who might show up and you wouldn't want them to get angry would you?"

He gave a quick smile but the warning was also quite serious. After that, he examined the Jukebox to see how to turn it on and switch through the music selection.

"No thank you," Iris replied, feeling a bit of his tention begin to dissipate at the brighter individual. Whatever this thing was, likely wasn't as risky as he'd previously anticipated. "I found them and I play it if you want. Anyways, I'm Derrick Ozer."

He held out his hand to the stranger. Being a gladiator, the man's appearance didn't phase him the least.

Sleipnir sighed, before placing her hand on the paper. The room became noticeably colder and perfectly straight black lines formed the words: "Sleipnir, Malalkin". The words wriggled into cursive, constantly moving and changing to the slightest touch, impact, or breeze.

Adrian simply tapped it, the warmth returning to the room and light shining out of the sheet. Letters then burned themselves into the parchment, creating a formal, golden font that simply stated: "Adrian, Alluminakin".

He smiled back and turned towards the jukebox. "Anyways, lets get to turning this thing on."

He hit a few buttons and with that, the track started to play for everyone in the room to hear though he wasn't quite sure what the reception of the song would be. But Iris chose first and the others would just have to deal with it.

Under his helmet, his eyes made a quick glance at the bar, and then his neck took a peek at the door.

"Oh that. Don't worry too much about it. The entire city is built to entertain the masses. It's the driving force of its economy. So logically, it is sprawling with fighters and other things that bring in big fan bases. It's likely just a reality TV series for entertainment value."

Dozer was about to continue, but he heard the crash of the Jukebox hitting the floor and when he turned around, he saw the man and the machine on the floor. I'm in! May a bit of a late entry, but I hear you can enter whenever!

"Guys, the controls to the Jukebox are utterly broken. I'm afraid it's going to be playing this either until it runs out of juice or until the manager here allows me to destroy it."

Bill: "Now that that's been dealt with, more or less, I think I'll explain how these interviews work. Essentially, you simply answer freely. There are private rooms downstairs for those not comfortable answering questions in front of others. There are some questions that can only be answered out here openly, and there are some that can only be answered in private, though most, you can decide on yourself. All that out of the way, here's question one: How would you describe your life so far? Do you wish that some aspect of it could be altered?"

How would you describe your life so far? Do you wish that some aspect of it could be altered?"

Shifting from his strictly observation based presence amongst the other guests, Sencarn adjusts his position in the bar stool underneath him. While he would certainly adore the process of sitting and watching the motley crew of individuals reflect on their choices throughout life, the wild-haired individual can't help but feel obligated to make his promised contribution to the festivities. Peering through his monocle, the sloppily clothed partygoer does a half rotation in his seat, speaking clear, calm, and with just the sufficient amount of volume for each member of the gathering to hear.

"While my story may or may not be as interesting as the slurring, possibly offensive 'gangster', I would have to say it's been a ride most others can only dream of. It is not every day that one sees a homeless man offering what's left of the change in his pocket and the clothes off his back, and one could argue it is even more rare to see that same homeless be rewarded for an action many sane men would deem foolish."

Like a fresh, warm coat of chocolate the young man's voice envelops the room, the King of Pop himself dethroned as a new tone grasps for everyone's attention. Sencarn descends from his bar stool, tucking his hands into his jacket pockets before strolling casually and without a sense of urgency toward one of the many lounge chairs.

"Whether it be getting swindled out of all my belonging as a selfless child, befriending a serial killer, or waging war against the system many of you here call your employers, there isn't a single aspect of my life I would change if given the chance. This current timeline is a blessing among blessings, and I am grateful for it."

With a "plop" the monocled guest sinks into a new chair with pale, crimson eyes awaiting the responses of those around him as his theatrics come to an end.

He moved forward off the wall, heading slowly towards the bar. He'd want a drink after thinking about this. "Honestly, though, I've needed that training. If there's one thing I wouldn't change about my life, it'd be my death. Me dying has helped, oddly enough. So, yeah, I'd sure as hell change some things in my life. "Once more unto the breach..." was the weary response from Sleipnir. She backed away and returned to her position, wondering how things would start to play out.

Meanwhile, Adrian was... shaking slightly. The vibrations were too fast to be detected by normal human eyes, but you could clearly detect an audible buzzing sound throbbing through the air.

"...Hindsight is 20/20 vision," Iris slowly stated, "If I could go back in time with what I know now, there are jobs I'd turn down and times where I would've been more careful. How would I describe my life though?"

Iris paused, shutting his eyes as he thought. "...Have any of you ever played Janga?" Opening them, his head panned the room, "It... it was stacking those little blocks to reach higher and higher, slipping out of one place, sliding into another and building on everything we'd accopmlished until..." Taking a brief moment for more words to come from him, he let out a breathe, "Until someone else just... kicked the table, and it all just.... crumbled, I guess. Now, it's been a backwards hide and seek for almost a year... And I know I stand out with my mask on, but... it's worse without it, if that makes sense."

Clearing his throat, Iris crossed his arms, "I still don't know who all the players are, but I'm not ready to be found yet."

Malcolm listened to Iris and clapped his hand, raising it to indicate he had played the game before. Mordecai however was less enthusiastic with his answer. "Never played it before." His glum tone got a concerned looked from Malcolm who pat the hand he was holding. The fingers gripping Mordecai's twitched and flexed and Mordecai answered back with a smile. "Thank you Malcolm I'm fine. Now on to the question asked. Mr. Bill I'm not pleased with how my life turned out but, like the others have stated, I would never trade it for another. This life is what made me me, and that's something I'd never be willing to give up."

Nina: "Sure thing." She gets to pouring the drink in a rocks glass.

Bill, meanwhile, sighs and snaps his fingers. The Jukebox seems to repair itself, and starts playing some early Michael Jackson hits.

Gangsta Tom shook himself a few times, before slumping against a chair.
"Brah, this life is dope. I got dem scuffed jays and foh' moh' in my hous'. We got dem gud stuff in the hood man, and the sense of brutha-hood is chill as well, brah.
I don't think there is much I wanna channnnngeee brahhhhh."

Riley finally gulped down the last of his drink and got up from his seat, walking past the Gangsta, as he passed, he gestured to him, saying, "Like I said, psychopaths..." Looking back, he caught one of the other guests shaking, almost vibrating. The motion was fast, almost fast enough for the CIA's human eye not to notice, but his mechanical one did. He nodded to himself, further assuring himself of his position.

He strolled over to one of the couches and plopped down, sending a cloud of dust from the seat. Riley coughed and waved the particles away, "Old thing isn't it?" With this, he opened his right arm, took out his Beretta (unloaded of course) and started tinkering with the mechanics, taking it apart and tuning the weapon.

Iris audibly scoffed at the value part of the question and then chuckled quietly at face. Once Bill finished however, he spoke.

"There are people who can give you a dollar amount. Last check was 100K, but it goes up every so often. I was important with my old job, but now who I matter to is more selective. I'm private sector at the moment, bodyguard, surveillance, sometimes bounty hunter, but prices span depending on the gig. For the most part though, I'm just another mercenary. Just, maybe a bit more selective. It'll change when Hide and Seek is over, but for now, yeah, that's the way it is."

Alright, I'm going to make the proper profile that you want Azure.

Name: Light
Age: I don't think even he knows.

Bio: Few things are known about Light, he simply showed up one day in the wRHG tournament, his eyes filled with a vengeance. While his burning desire of battle has been quenched over the years, and his patience has grown, one can still feel his agre

Personality:
After the revelation to him about his undeath, Light has lost a lot of his fanatic attitude towards his faith. Despite still being a very aggressive and blunt man, always wanting to get to the point, he is much less arrogant than before. He is also compassionate and loyal to his allies, even if it means his own death. While before he refused to make any friendships or attachments to people, he is much more open now to others, so he does end up sounding more respectful with a tiny sprinkle of kind (despite his raspy undead voice). Now he pours his energy into learning about the world around him, and to find the truth about god. And anyone who tries to stop him on his journey will feel the wrath of the undead paladin.

Some old habits die hard however, such as that he becomes quite hostile to anyone that reminds him of darkspawn, mainly because he is still haunted by dreams of the horrors he saw in war. That meaning anyone who looks demonic or freaky or simply outlandish will not have a good first impression for and of him.

Sleipnir smiled.
"I'm pretty self-important. But I don't think that means that I necessarily am essential."
Sleipnir has lied.

Adrian is too high to answer questions right now.
Speaking of which, Adrian opened his eyes. They were golden, spiralling, glowing, orbs of pure light. No whites, irises or pupils.

Sleipnir does believe she is important, as she says, she is pretty self-important/entitled. But... She also holds the value of her life pretty high. It isn't because wRHGWorld (or whatever) could easily run without her. She isn't doing some Atlas shit of holding away an apocalypse. Well, at least none that the wRHGs and their fellow NPCs can't handle.

Pretty much same with Adrian.

"Thanks love!" she jovially replied before heading towards the back. When she got there Tanya got greeted by quite the group of people, but unfortunately she didn't seem to know any of them.

Spotting a jukebox in the far side of the room, she steadily made her way to it, browsing through the songs. To her joy, it contained all music ever created. So without any hesitation she punched in Heart - Crazy of You and stepped away from the jukebox, finding a chair next to it. Anyways, the answer to the question is the same for everyone. Life in general is priceless and irreplaceable." He stopped before remembering and adding to his answer. Light gave no reply to the shorter being, her tone simply annoying him. The temptation to simply slam his fist into her face was tempting, but today was not a day for battle. He finally needed to learn about the people around him, the people who joined the same tournament as him but for so many different reasons that Light could not imagine what else. It had been so long since he actually learnt about someone else. With no questions asked, he continued his way forward into the main lounge, his heavy steps shaking the furniture around him and sounding his arrival to the other guests. He stepped into the room, standing silently by the doorway and looked at the others. In a shallow voice, no louder than a whisper, he spoke to himself.

"Strange characters we have here."

Just as he had finished entering the room, he lifted his fist to his chest and slammed it on his armor by where his heart was. He spoke in a loud but strangely gentle voice as he bowed his head

"Greetings, I am Light. A pleasure to meet you all."

"Well now...considering I'm dead and all that question needs to be tweaked a bit. Buuuuttt..." He trailed off for a moment, then shrugged. "I don't know. My worth is what I do. If I make an impact, that's all that matters. I don't suppose there would be anyone -- except for Davie -- that would be seriously shaken up if I left this world, but then again I've never believed in letting others measure your own worth. So, yeah. I guess I'm worth something. How much? Heh, well, I guess that depends on when you ask me."

But then he turned to face Bill, having understood what the question was from what he had heard answered.

"I find my life of no real value, the embrace of death has touched me many times but has thrown me out of my eternal slumber each time that my heart stops beating. For what purpose my undeath is for, I do not know. At the same time however, I find my life of great value. This power of mine opens up endless possibilities for the discovery of a world that I have barely scraped the surface of. The daemon leans against thin air while listening to the answers of the three. She wasn't sure to make of the first mortal, although he was clearly what humans referred to as a "gangsta".

The second one seriously reminded her of home, although it was clear he came from this dimension. Which intrigued her a considerable amount. She made a mental note to delve into his nature when she got the chance. Sleipnir was curious- which pretty much always meant she got the answers she was looking for.

Sleipnir smirked as she listened to Iris, and then snorted, whispering back: "I'm aware of that. That's precisely my point. Almost everyone has someone they want or need to make sure they are safe. Vahyaer(vay-heir), I have that in spades myself. I'm making an ironic comment. But that sounds almost like you are implying something... if only we could ask questions of each other".

Sleipnir brandished a crystal bottle of grey liquid. When she removed the cap, a swirling, monochromatic mist curled out of the mouth. Sniffing it and humming with satisfaction, the malalkin took a sip.

"As far as I can remember, I have only had Malcolm." Mordecai shrugged. "He's the only one who means anything to me, it doesn't matter how others see me." Malcolm nodded and squeezed Mordecai's hand to imply that he felt the same. Linking the second question to the third, the blind boy continued. "An interesting development... I would say... nevermind." He abandoned the question and instead asked the one that was in his head. "Sleipnir... Odin's great steed, the 8-legged horse that was the offspring of Loki and a giant. What a peculiar name... I wouldn't call it a weird name, unless your name holds no meaning?" Mordecai mused out loud then shrugged, meanwhile Malcolm got up and strolled over to the bar. Greeting Nina with a wave, he pulled out a cellphone and typed out an order, asking for a coke ice cream float and a cup of chinese black tea with a drop of honey in it.

"Hehehehe... someone's been paying attention," came the amused response. "I assume the reason he noticed first is because he is... a person with certain disabilities. And in my experience, people with said disabilities tend to be, paradoxically, more perceptive. Good job. Although the horse part was only one time, people. I hadn't had my Harrowing yet, and Little Odie was getting cranky, so I had to take him on his favorite activity."
Sleipnir arched her fingers, deeply happy that someone noticed.
"And you got two other things wrong. Although there are many versions of Loki, Mum was an extremely powerful version. So that... comes with benefits. Also, Dad was a horse. Magic giant horse, yes. But a horse. Not a giant."

His brow furrowed at the differing information but he shrugged off the new story and simply pursued the part the two had an agreement on. "An actual creature from Norse mythology. How fascinating." Mordecai reached his hand out as Malcolm returned with the drinks, notified by the smell of his tea. Malcolm passed over the small round platter with the cup resting in the middle and Mordecai brought the drink up close where he took a deep breathe before taking a sip. "So then if you truly are Sleipnir then who's your aquaintance? I don't recognize the name Vahyaer from any of my research." He placed the tea cup back down and dismissively put his hand to his chin as to hold his head up as he rested his elbow on his knee, one leg crossed over the other. Malcolm meanwhile happily stirred his cup of hot chocolate, watching the marshmallows swirl before dipping under the surface of the whirlpool he had created.

Tanya remained silent after her answer, examining what the others had to say. None of answers really captured her attention, but when the kid remarked to the name of one of the women in the lounge, her attention definitely shifted towards him. She noticed his disability immediately, making her understand that he definitely had something special going on.

"So the kid was right. Your name is given because of Norse mythology." she briefly paused, puffing from her cigarette and taking another sip from her whiskey, which by then was done. She waved towards the bartender and pointed at the glass.

"Another one, love." she stated before standing up and heading behind Sleipnir.

"What the man said earlier is true. We are all warriors, people die. Now I don't know if your statement was mocking or not, but I'll tell you this. When I remarked about my brother, I wasn't mourning him. He's too stubborn to die. I know where he is as well." Tanya stated authoritarian, towering over Sleipnir's back from behind. She took a couple of steps, circling around the woman, until she got in front of her. Tanya stared her dead in the eye.

"I had answered the question, and even if you got it wrong, that doesn't give you the right to ridicule what I say. I hope I made myself clear." Tanya spoke imposingly, her eyes burning with a mix between rage and disgust. She even mocked the way Sleipnir corrected the kid earlier, faking her voice, although not succeeding. After that she simply walked back to the bar, puffing on her cigarette. When she got there she got greeted by a glass filled with whiskey, from which she immediately drank about half. She then sat back down, her back resting against the counter, facing the room with the cigarette lingering in her mouth.

"Ah, yes. The fire of youth and arrogance. While I am admittedly intrigued by your... obvious talent, I will not tolerate threats. I will, however, wait for the host to ask his next question. Violence is not something I am interested in right now, and I would perhaps prefer to keep the mood friendly. As to my rights... let's just say I have jurisidiction. Everywhere." On her last word, Sleipnir spread her hands in an almost lackadaisal manner, not realising the bottle still clutched in her hand.

It vanished from her hand almost as soon as it was visible. She looked at Adrian immediately, who was now grinning like a maniac, the transparent container frothing with grey liquid. The bottle slowly burned away with golden light, and a smell of ozone was in the air. Sleipnir sighed audibly for the third time that day, and looked back at Iris, who seemed... occupied.

Altaer shot the "norse thing" a sarcastic look.

"From one god to another don't you dare insult that lady. I've got jurisdiction everywhere too. And I happen to respect any woman, but especially one like Tanya."

He stood casually and walked over beside Tanya, staring down the arrogant little cuss that had mocked her. "And if you want to play little shows of power, I would be perfectly happy to take this outside right now. OUTSIDE, of course, because this management doesn't want me wiping the floor with your ass while we're having an interview. So since I want to finish my drink and Tanya does too, lay off it until this thing is over."

The golden-eyed young man swats away the finger that had been poking him for what seemed like days, otherwise paying the inebriated fool no mind.

"Now this is getting interesting," Sencarn leans forward in his seat, placing his elbows on his knees and stroking his hairless chin as he excitedly awaits watching the arrogant goddess be taken down a peg. "If you let this happen, my dear host, It'd go without saying this would be the most interesting thing to happen to me in a while since my seclusion underground. They let me enter an exclusive sect deep within the organization. I was sent on special assignments, deterrence, getting rid of people on the Blacklist, or providing ranged support to ground troops."

Riley sighed, taking a breath, then continued, "My last assignment before getting my... Replacements..." He said the last word dangerously close to anger, then calmed himself. "Was providing that same ranged support to ground troops in the Middle East, to take over enemy soil."

"Little did we know, that the enemies had commandeered mortars from previously killed American troops. Before we even knew what happened, a mortar had blown my right arm and eye to smithereens, and I got dragged back to the US in a bloody heap. My boss hooked me up with these replacements, and I happily obliged..." The CIA finished and sat back in his chair, putting his overcoat on again.

He glanced at the host afterwards. It would be bad form if he didn't answer him.

He rolled up his sleeve, opening his forearm and taking out his weapons and setting them on the table. With his free hand, he set up a countdown. "Anyone with sensitive hearing cover up in three, two, one."

A soft bag resounded, quickly followed by a dull clang as the bullet stuck the blade, drastically slowed by his body. Initial lunge from the impact aside, there was very little reaction from Iris despite a small, distinct splash at the entry and exit. Checking his knife, too dented to slide back, he chuckled.

"Dammit, yep." Slipping it back into his pocket as is, he reached the rifle back to Riley. His shirt was damp around the wound, but it wasn't colored by any blood, and after inching halfway down his shirt, the flowing stopped. It looked more like Riley had given him a loud water rifle.

After Iris's trick, he released both his grips and visibly became less tense. But in spite of everything, he managed to maintain his demeanor throughout the entirety of the trick.

"You're right. There is something very special about not dying from freezing or bullet wounds. Speaking of which, are you going to be okay Iris? You're losing a lot of water which by now I'd like to guess is what you're made of isn't it."

Most of the evidence added up. Water couldn't freeze to death or suffer tissue damage but it could be frozen, water can be seen exposed "naked" in ice without raising eyebrows, Iris covered most of his body probably to fit in, water doesn't have vital organs to shoot, and he's bleeding water as opposed to blood or both. He was just surprised it took him this long to figure it out.

Riley took his rifle back and nodded to Iris. "Thank you." He pulled the suppressor off the gun's barrel and returned it to its case.

"Never seen someone survive a point blank gunshot before, especially from one of my rifles. What are you, a zombie? Undead?" The Operative asked, scanning over Iris with his mechanical eye.

“Yeah, I'm fine,” Iris confirmed to Derrick, “Small holes just take a second to heal, and good eye!” Turning a bit more to Riley, he added, “What I am is a bit complicated, but I see myself as alive. Just, yeah, water.” After pausing for a second, he added, “There are pros and cons, bullets are fine, but other things can catch me pretty bad.”

Leaning back, he faced Bill. “Not that I think this counts, but I guess I'd make the stars brighter. Significantly. Might make the streets a little safer.”

Riley scanned over the man again, now coming up with his biology. Enormous amounts of water were detected, but the cells seemed to be moving at such a slow rate they held a semi-solid homeostasis. It was fragile, and seemed to be broken rather easily, but the presence of other water molecules helped rebind the destroyed area.

Riley found it fascinating. And that fascination made him want to speak with Iris more. His favorite subject in school had been biology after all...

"Hey," He asked, gesturing to his own table "why don't you sit with me and Derrick? Plenty of seats and all."

Malcolm had spent the duration of the interviews content with doing nothing, but he suddenly felt a chill down his spine and scratched the back of his neck as he clenched Mordecai's hand. The signal was obvious and the two stood up together. "I'm sorry, it was a pleasure, but we have to leave. Now." And with a curt wave from the two teenagers they ran out of the lobby.

Not a minute passed when in walked in a man in a white suit. His blond hair slicked back and his electric blue eyes darted around. The man walked up to the front counter and with a smile signed his name onto the registry. He walked to where the others was sitting and went to the bar where he ordered a rum and coke. As he waited for the drink he turned in his seat to face the people present. "Hello everyone. My name is Alphonse Archimedes but Alphonse is just fine. I'm curious, does anyone here know where the two teenagers named Mordecai and Malcolm Cross has run off to?" He smiled.

First off, the sudden departure of the two teens kind of surprised Riley. Even himself, who got called into work in a hurry all the time, never saw anyone leave that quickly.

Secondly, the new guest seemed to send shivers down his spine. The suit, combined with his almost blinding blonde hair and piercing blue eyes just threw off an aura of beauty, but the Operative got a distinct feeling he didn't mean well.

Riley had seen plenty of guys like him before, important people walking down the street with at least one bodyguard. He'd gotten rid of plenty too... His question, however, solidified the Agent's previously hypothesized opinion of him. "What's it to you, Alphonse?" He asked, turning in his seat to face him.

"Me and those two boys simply have some business." Abra accepted the drink with a nod of his head and another smile. "The boy has something that isn't safe to just leave alone... that a lot of people will want if they ever found out about it. So what I'm offering the boy and his "brother" is asylum. I'm simply trying to help but they're... paranoid not to blame them of course." He took a sip and sighed happily, a small shiver running through his body as he rolled the fluid around his mouth. Alphonse swallowed and looked at the man. "Mr... Riley is it? I perused the sign-up list and I'm assuming that's you, please I mean no harm to those two teenagers. I am simply here to help."

Derrick didn't trust him the moment he walked in though the door least of all when he asked to see where the two brothers were. The two brothers showed much more than mere paranoia. They left in a hurry as if they knew someone was after them and this man gave off of shady vibes. But he needed to confirm his suspicions. He spoke up to Abra. "Alphonse, tell me more about these two brothers. What do they have and why would they be paranoid of you?"

"Obviously, Riley, you don't know who you're talking to. Everyone has reason to be paranoid over that dude, pretty much. Heh, never know when you might become 'art.'"

He pulled a flask from his belt and sipped it thoughtfully.

"Now, as for the question, this is just me, but...uh...the sky already changes colors, you know? Like, you want psychedelic, go see the Northern Lights. You want red, look at a sunset. Pink and lavender? Look at a sunrise. Hell, you'll even see green sometimes in sunsets. So...I don't know...I like it like it is."

Dozer almost sighed. He was fishing for questions, but apparently he was doing so well at hiding his intentions that even others were incapable of discerning the truth. Yet he maintained his demeanor for the sake of deception and let it slide. Honestly he supposed he ought to be happy about his skill. Though in the insult, there was one important piece of information he could use.

"Alphonse sir, do you know what this man means by art?" he tried to keep his tone from sounding suspicious and mostly succeeded. He sounded more curious than anything else.

However I'll give you a secret, it has to do with Mordecai's eyes. Now what Mr. Altaer means by art is just that. I'm an artist, not by trade but rather for hobby. I sculpt and I paint. Of course I won't lie when I say my opinion of beauty could be considered unorthodox by others." He shrugged innocently. "However we all have differing opinions, or we'd all be the same people. And just imagine how creepy that would be." He laughed. "Now what's this question we're talking about? The sky? Why would you ever mess with such a master piece? The sky is a beautiful tapestry, with its ever changing colors and swirls of patterns determined by the amount of clouds and the amount of light. It's beautiful because it changes, and so why would you ever try to make it static?" Abra shook his head. "It would be a travesty. An outright travesty."

Derrick had more than enough information just from the lack of it to tell that this man wasn't trustworthy. Silently though, he wondered if the gift was some sort of foresight or forewarning of danger. They had left suddenly and in a hurry just one minute before this man had arrived after all. He continued his string of lies and kept his tone innocent enough. He gave a small chuckle at the first thing he said.

"Well Alphonse, i'm sure i'd love to hear about your artwork some time. But going back to your first question, I suppose it is completely reasonable not to tell me but I promise I mean no more harm to them than you do. But anyways, if you haven't seen them, the two wear set of sorts. Mordecai's the white and Malcolm's the black. I guess you can say they represent yin and yang. Now you didn't hear from me but if you are so curious." Abra leaned in as if to tell a secret, one hand cradling his drink while the other grabbed Dozer and drew him close. "Mordecai's eyes are very special. They're two artifacts named Muninn and Huginn. Do you know your Norse Mythology? Muninn and Huginn are the raven companions of Odin. Their jobs were to keep an eye out on the world and tell him about everything that's happening. Mordecai's eyes can track anyone. Can you imagine how powerful that power is in the wrong hands? He just needs a glimpse of the target's face and just like that!" He snapped his fingers and leaned back. "He can find them. That type of power isn't one to take lightly, or to leave unprotected." Abra took a sip. "There are much worse people out there than me Mr. Daniel. Much worse."

That information was strictly for Mr. Daniel's ears only and I would prefer you rather not, afterwards, blather it for the whole room to hear. But cat's out of the bag now isn't it?" He sighed. "I do not know if the actual Muninn and Huginn from Norse mythology have shapeshifted and turned into the boy's eyes. I simply know what the ability has been dubbed by the more... enthusiastic black market dealers. It's only a matter of time before someone nasty gets their hands on the boys and dig those things out of his head then discard the two boys like rubbish." Abra accepted the refilled drink with a nod and took a sip. "Horrible beasts, humans are. Greedy demons..." He took a larger swig. "I'm just trying to help them. They're endangered." The man's voice sounded pained and the aura around him dampened, growing heavy and dark. Abra sat there for a moment, then pulling a handkerchief from an inside pocket, coughed into it, tucked it back in, and straightened his lapels with a smile, casting aside the gloom that was clinging onto him. "Sorry for being such a downer there. Anyways what were you all talking about before I came here? The sky yes? And colors?"

Tanya sipped on her final drop of whiskey before crossing eyes with Nina, whom was busy sliding the glass of alcohol towards Sleipnir. With a quick hand gesture, she told Nina to refill hers with more Grant whiskey. After taking a puff from her cigarette, she slowly turned around, encountering the norse goddess (thing whatever) first.

"Why didn't you create something to drink yourself? You're a goddess from what I understand no?" Tanya poked her with a giggle. But as her chair kept turning, her eyes encountered a familiar figure.

Sleipnir looked at the man.
"I am sorry for my lack of etiquette. But my concept of manners varies from yours, likely widely. You are correct about the sky and I agree. Although admittedly space-time and matter existing is not an ideal quality in my opinion, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and if it can't behave closer to home, then I'll take this sky any day. As to you, Tanya. I have been told on several occasions it is rude to bring your own refreshments. Also, goddess? That, I am not. Thank you, Nina. Adrian, you can come back now."

Light glowed and coalesced into a shape familiar to those paying attention. Adrian looked up, his eyes constantly changing through the colours of the rainbow. Adrian looked at people, and realised what his partner had been doing.

"Dammnit, girl. We talked about this. Sorry, people. Sleipnir behaves like a domineering asshat because that is polite in her culture. Please forgive her. She doesn't intend to throw her weight around."
He paused and looked around, his eyeballs glowing white for a split second as he looked at everyone at once, while simultaneously analysing... certain factors.

He still didn't trust Abra, how could he? A tall husky man in a suit that appears almost immediately after two kids leaves and asks to know where they are? That gave him really bad vibes. But his story seemed to be believable, for now...

The CIA raised a hand, as if to be noticed by the man in the suit. "Uh, excuse me? Yeah, hi. If what you're saying is true, and those kids gets into the wrong crowd, I can help. I got people who can find them."

"Since you said anything, I would like Consomme."

As soon as he finished, he turned back to Riley and the others. He hadn't forgotten the subject of the two teenagers either and he had been listening intently the whole time. I have killed two and ruined one person's life. I don't enjoy killing people but every once in a while someone comes along that offers nothing but grief and death to everyone they meet and they need to be stopped. The first was killed on accident when he attacked me and inadvertently pushed him into oncoming traffic. The second was someone who helped kidnap a friend and I had to stop him before he harmed anyone else. As for the life I ruined, lets just say it wasn't me who did it but it is my fault."

He stopped as the events flashed in his memory. Then he continued through the questions until he was finished.

"And as for that last question, there is nobody in this room who I wish I could remove. Though I don't trust everyone here fully,-" He avoided looking directly at Abra though he did look in the general direction. "Death is far too permanent of an answer for one to explore before they have all the facts."

Most of them don't bother me in my day-to-day life, but there are some that I'm constantly reminded of. As for undoing my sins...I'm working on the ones that are worth my effort." she concluded sipping on some of her whiskey. She abrupty interrupted her sip to answer the last question.

And true to my name, my body count filled cathedrals, created new graveyards, and the tears of the effected could make a new ocean. My bloodied influence stretched around the world." He put the mask down and frowned. "But... it was all wrong... it was messy and barbaric..." The mask crumbled in his hands and the cards fell to the ground like wilted leaves. "So I left that life. However their screams still lull me to sleep, my hands are still dyed that rich crimson, their dead hands grasp at the tails of my suit, rotten gore sucks at my shoes, and their soulless eyes look back at me when I stare into a reflection." He smiled softly. "Thus is the price of sinning. Now to answer the other question, I can look out at all of you and say no, I don't want to kill any of you." Done with his answer he picked up the sundae that was given to him and began chowing down with a spoon, scooping up large dollops of whipped cream and cherries and cramming it into his mouth. The white froth covered his mouth like a beard and he would take time out to wipe away the mess with a napkin.

"Just so we're clear, you're done expecting any help finding Malcolm and Mordecai, right?" There was a faint lightheartedness in Iris' tone, mostly because his gut told him the brink of violence pulsed in the room and anything less would push it over the end. He knew the name now. He'd seen the reports. And he was a lead away from being part of a raid to end the mass death. Maybe in a different world only one of them were in the room. Thoughts quickly led to a memory, and musing, he spoke aloud. "How's your neck, by the way? I recall hearing of your death, at least twice."

"Never expected you to help me to begin with. After all, you had no reason to believe me, but worth a try anyways so oh well." He shrugged and chewed. "I'll find them with or without your help eventually. Already getting close, only a matter of time."

"You heard of my death, but here I sit before you today." Abra winked. "Can't believe all the rumors you hear." However his smile didn't reach his eyes and the man quickly shifted his attention back to his sundae which he was already almost finished with. He rolled his tongue over his teeth, busy getting bits of wet brownie out. Soon he slid the empty massive glass cup back to Nina and requested, with the glitter back in his eyes. "Another please."

Riley didn't mind more company, as long as it wasn't Altaer or Abra, so when Adrian sat down across from them to join Iris, Derrick and himself, he gave him a slanted grin. He whispered back, "Do? Nothing. I'm waiting, like you said."

He rubbed his good eye with his good arm, setting his mechanical elbow on the table, resting his chin in its palm. He pointed to Adrian when he was done, "So... What are you, Adrian?" He jutted his chin towards Sleipnir, who continued to drink, an action that slightly worried him. "I know Sleipnir is a goddess or whatever, but what about you man?"

Altaer frowned.

"Do I bear sins? Just 'bout all of em, I guess. Perhaps excepting bestiality, although there was that one cat-girl I met in Tokyo...but yeah. About all of them. As for lives, well...the supposed 'official' count before I died was 47, 897." He winked at Riley. "Being an agent, you probably have come across the file of a dude called The Fixer more than once. That'd be me. Anyhow, though, I've not been quite as busy since my death, but I've probably added a few hundred more in the last year or so."

He heaved a sigh. "Now, would I undo any of those?" He stared down at the ground hard, his voice sullen. "Yeah, I'd undo one. There is one that I would undo. As for the rest, hell, they all deserved what they got."

A quick survey gave him the answer to the final question. He grinned. "Also, no one here has particularly stepped on my toes. I mean, by my morals -- and yes, I do have morals -- I should probably do in Abra. But hell, I like the dude. He's got good taste in liquor, music, and art. So, yeah. No one here is going to get it from me. With the possible exception of those strange dudes that sound like Norse mythology."

Sleipnir came strolling over with her drink, a frown on her face.
"I don't want any trouble from you. Mainly because my boss/best friend thinks you're okay, or some shit like that. So let's just forget about this little thing, ok? Also I have a question for you. Why do you remind me of home? You clearly come from this dimension, so what's going on with that? It... attracts my attention. And not many people do that."
Adrian remained where he was, and looked back at the... cyborg? with an eyebrow raised.

"Sleipnir is many things, but she ain't a goddess. Closest thing I can think of to her in your language is daemon, but it is a HELL() more complicated then that. Just call her what she is: malalkin or empyrea-spawn. Ok? As for me... I'm an alluminakin. Keeping it standard is the best way not to be politically incorrect. "

"How many sins do you carry upon your shoulders? How many lives have you shattered? Are there any here you wish to remove?"

Sencarn's eyes snap open, his golden irises frantically scanning his surroundings before once more becoming even in their sockets. Craning his neck, he addresses a clock hung up on a neatly decorated wall.

"Must have fallen asleep..."

The leader of Sanctuary rises from his seat and straightens his jacket, the yellow-orange monocle once more appearing on his face before he turns to face Bill.

"There aren't many sins I could remove nor many sinful acts I would take back if given the chance. For the most part, the only sins I carry with me are the many I have collected, and the singular one that constantly looms over my head as I walk this path of mine. I've shattered countless families, countless lives, though I'm afraid that's all I have time for now."

In the blink of an eye, Sencarn's body erupts into a light cloud of shimmering dust, the only evidence of his presence left behind being the shreds of gold that lie in his wake.

He sighed, then looked towards the exit, thought better of it and leaned up against the wall. "Let's just say I have a deep love for my family and home, so I give off a distinct aura of it?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

OOC: (Dang, this looks awesome. I suppose I'll jump in now if this's a good time)

Cadell (and Clemence), Wizard in Training

Riley let out a low whooo.

"Ooh, there it is, I was wondering when that question would pop up. I'll make it simple for myself. I'm agnostic, don't believe in a higher power or God, but I don't think it can't be true either. If I turn out to be wrong in the future, well, I won't be like one of those stubborn guys who refuse to believe even when in the face of overwhelming evidence..."

He called over to Nina, "So, you can make any food? Make my Grandma's spicy buffalo wings, if you please. Thanks..."

Walking up somewhat awkwardly to the table, Cadell tugged lightly on the neck opening of his hoodie while doing his best not to look at the bird.

"I... uh... Right, thanks."

Signing his name down in a bit of a rush, Cadell's hand began to slip slightly as he reaches the last letter.
What in the blazes are you doing?! Keep it together boy!
Quickly correcting himself, Cadell continued on past the desk to the main lounge, doing his best to ignore Clemence lecturing him mentally.

"Just a... talking bird... lots of those in the world... Yeah. I see em all the time..."

No you don't. However, I'll have you know that there are thousands of examples of such astounding creatures all ove-

Shut up! You're not helping me calm down man.

Bah! As if your generation actually wants to learn something new and interesting...

Making his way over to where Bill was asking the group questions, the young man considered asking for some wings himself.
Seeing as that wasn't helping to remove the memory of his previous encounter whatsoever, he quickly decided against it. Sitting down quietly in a chair a distance away from the others, he proceeded to fidget a bit in his seat before speaking.

"Well... Hi, I guess... Oh... probably wasn't supposed to say that, sorry..."

Boyyy!
Cadell winced, "OH! Right, yeah, religion n' stuff... I um... don't really have a lot of time to think about it, to be honest. Well... I believe in most of what I've read about... I read lots of good books. Really good books."

Taking a moment to breathe, Cadell smiled awkwardly, "Uh... I can just leave my answer there, right? I mean, I could elaborate if you want..."

"You can call Derrick or Dozer. It depends on whether you wish to go by my gladiator or normal name."

He gave a warm smile and extended his hand before retracting it for a second. The guy was uncomfortable with others. True it would help him grow to meet new friends, but he wasn't about to pressure the poor boy into anything.

"Oh I almost forgot. You don't need to reply to me if you don't want to Cadell. If you want to be left alone, I'll leave you alone."

In light of the new person entering the room, he almost didn't hear the question. Yet he heard the last part and with a few seconds, his brain registered the thought as he blinked and turned towards the host.

After a long moment of awkward silence, Cadell opened the floating notebook and ripped out a page.

Oh no no no, you are not doing this again.

SCROLL POWERS ACTIVATE!

Beginning to rip the bits of the page apart, Cadell started tossing the paper off in random directions.
Instead of floating down to the base of the table, the falling pieces began swirling around below his hands. It took a few seconds, but after some time, they began to change. It started with a few bits of paper clinging together, but soon a wooden cylinder was being formed out what seemed to be nothing but a few scraps of a notebook page. Out from the cylinder, a long roll of papyrus started streaming out, folding over itself as it hit the table below.

"I... don't know if the afterlife applies to me. I think there's something out there, but I don't know if it's a dimension or a being. I do know that I don't believe in destiny, though. Too much blood has been shed in this world, plus that would mean people are damned to the underworld since birth."

Sliding the page back into the notebook, Cadell grabbed it from where it was still floating. Halfway into his pocket, anyone paying close attention at the time would notice a faint blue light of floating text flashing off the top page before the notebook was out of sight.

This isn't going to work...

I thought you had nothing else to do?

{OoC: So, made all the adjustments to the guests in the OP to reflect who is here, and Draou, you're here. Also, Dooms, while fourth wall breaking will occur, please don't do it yourself. It'll just make you look crazy.}

X looks at the new arrival.
X: "Hello. Please sign in and move along. Please do not make the process any more unbearable than it currently is, alright?"

Meanwhile, in the back, Nina makes another sundae for Abra whilst making a drink for herself. Bill proceeds to ask the next question.

Bill: "So, our next question is this: What are your religious or theological beliefs?"
"My religious believes? Party harrrrd, smoke dank greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen, and drink babieeeeeeeeeeeeeee, praise da lawwwd"
Gangsta Tom, instead of becoming slightly more sober, seemed to revert back to a drunken state.

Tanya listened to the other answers without interest, lighting up another cigarette. That subject was way to complicated and personal to her to answer that question, especially to this bunch of people, which she had no trust. When the newcomer, Cadell, came around, she sensed one more entity alongside him, but decided not to eavesdrop in their possible mental conversations. It would be rude and Serena would eventually find out about it, which would lead to trouble.

Right after the gangster replied, she rolled her eyes to his somewhat pathetic answer.

"I'll pass on this, love. It would go against the Harlinx Dogma. It's complicated either ways, so don't worry about it." she said puffing her cigarette, winking towards Bill.

What are your religious or theological beliefs?"
Sleipnir and Adrian looked at each other.
There was only one response, that they would perform in unison.
Guffaw with laughter.
Wiping tears from their eyes, they chose not to say anything.

Dozer looked over to Cadell and noticed as he stuffed something glowing blue into his pocket. From the looks of things, the man was trying to keep his memories somehow though he doubted Cadell would be allowed to retain anything. Honestly he himself was shocked at the news.

"Do you mean i'm not going to remember Iris, Riley, Cadell, or any of the others? It's kind of a shame really. I'm sure really I like almost everyone here. Well if it has to be that way, I wish you all luck and I hope many of us meet again on pleasant circumstances. Who knows, anything's possible in this city."

He gave a hint of disappointment as he spoke. Everyone was happy and starting to make friends.

Not to mention they knew about the twins.

At the though Derrick's eyes dilated a bit for a second though they reverted back to their normal size as he turned around to speak to bill much more urgently.

"Bill, What about the two boys? We need to remember them if we're going to protect them from all the people looking to exploit them."

Riley was almost touched by Derrick's small display of disappointment. Though the question brought up by the young man sparked a flame of curiosity in the Operative's mind too, "Yeah, Bill, what about them? How can we help them if we don't even remember who they were?"

Bill simply shrugs.
Bill: "Obviously, you can't. And very likely, won't."

Derrick put a message in his phone before turning to face Bill and gave an earnest reply.

"Bill, you clearly underestimate how determined I am to save those people." he stopped and turned to the bartender. "Give me the strongest thing you have."

They could control everything else, but they couldn't control his biological functions. One drinking spree would not cause any meaningful long term damage and when he woke up with a hangover and no memories of drink or going anywhere, he'd know something was up and probably even have his memories triggered. As a back up, he put hid the message "Malcom and Mordecai are in danger" in a secret code in a completely innocuous message to go get Audrey's laundry at the dry cleaners downtown. He'd know immediately that there was no Audrey and and something was up. If by some miracle the message was deleted, it would show up under deleted messages.
