Meh. I know its short but
I'm slowly releasing the potential I've gained from pivot and put it into flash.

I've seen loads of flashers that inspired me.

Like Jcamelo, Strills, NTG, Terkoiz
and Raffeh. I promise you guys. The next anim will be long. I'll spend atleast a week or two on it.

C&C please

Meh.. Punch test > http://www.swfme.com/view/1051902

Ehhh

I think you should get more used to flash before you start making any long animations k.

Haha, when I read the inspirations names I got really happy! :D

And I also expected something... longer. At least a few seconds.

Whatever.

I've only been doing Flash for 2 weeks. Yet I've been doing pivot for 8 and a half months.

I just need a tablet.

Fatal flaw, if you can't animate a tablet won't help, it may even just cause wobblieness.

http://www.swfme.com/view/1051902 Punch test..

I've only been animating for 2 weeks. I'll get better. Though, a tablet uses hand movements right? To me, hand movements are better.

c&c please.

a tablet helps and makes things much much much easier. But you should also work on stuff like how to ease and apply anticipation.

Just little things like that to work on will make your animations look more nice.

oh and don't think about making a huge long project yet... keep doing little tests until your satisfied with your style and animation :)

The kick was really short, and at the end he bent like a retarded duck. I can tell you tried to have him punch at the end aswell, but it was a little too sudden. Try working on anticipation. Have him bring his fist back, hold it, then punch. It shows the force of the punch. It was also quite a bit choppy, so make sure to take time on your anims, and don't post everything you make.

On the punch, you have the basic idea down, it's just way too fast. It's good that you made him step into his punch, and you did the anticipation thing correctly, but his hip bends irregularly when he steps. Work on that, and slowing it down/making it more fluid.
