The spin looked sorta akward to me, however I thought it was well done.

try to move all bodyparts in each frame , That will be wayz bettar.

it looks very nice just ease it a bit more and like popp said move every single limb in every single frame

Nice movements - stiff however and physics are slightly off.

The landing was weird with his feet sliding and it was choppy, but other words, great job.

The spin was sweet....It looked very smooth.

Only thing i can see that no one has mentioned is you should use a stk with a backbone.

I personaly have 2 joints in my stks back, some people animate with more but you need at least 1.

It looked weird to me because the guys backs were completely stiff.

yeah, i use 2 joints now i used to use 1 joint as you see..
but yeah, 2 joints makes the animation look better. xD
