how do you incrase and decrease the frame rate

go to view, animation properties. the lower the number you put, the faster it goes, 7 is a good fps

the frame rate partially depends on the gap between your movements and what type of animation ur using.

if your movements distances are as an example: from point A to point B like A--B, then use a lower framerate.
if the movements distances are from point A to point B like A------------B, then use a higher framerate.

Keep in mind that the shorter the distance, theres a higher framerate. There are exceptions tho. But the higher the framerate, usually the animation has a better smoothness to it.

With different kinds of animations, I mean a gunshot's preferred framerate as opposed to a walking stickman's frame rate. A gun may have a lower framerate compared to a walking stickman, which might need a higher framerate.

There are always exceptions!! I prefer to just use the constant framerate of 6.
