Yeah,maybe Im rusty,maybe I just suck,I dont know,Im getting new notebook this week hope it will help me :D and yes I do have a tablet,but with notebook I will have more time to get back into animating :)

It was anything but choppy.

Oh wow I just had a massive nostalgic moment.

The first one was really sweet, the sort of slow but flowing movements made it look pretty pro.

Start slow like 3 frames.. Speed up and slow down and stop.

Alright well the easing thing made it look better but I don't thing that's the root of the problem.

-> Right now you just have one motion of movement of the guy getting off the chair, but in reality I think there should be 2 separate motions.

-> It's kinda hard to explain so i'll try drawing it out really quick.

He gets out of the chair a bit too easily. Make it look like he is putting in a bit more effort.
