here are my animations (recent ones) with pivot... i've known pivot for pretty darn long now :P

Okay, yes, they are all stiff, and everyone likes to be a bitch about it...

You're anims aren't actually that bad, tbh. The OTHER main flaw in them is that they lack good physics. Like in the first one, the guy stays up in the air too long, and it looks a little awkward. You're animations are pretty smooth, but could be better. You need to ease a bit more, and work on movments a bit, although, the main reason your movements are awkward is because they are stiff.

Move each body part (Joint) in each frame. ^^

kk ill do a detailed comment first animation ur backflip was pretty good i didnt see anything wrong the jump kicks in air didnt look realistic because his body was stiff his front flip his legs could be bent a little. 2nd 1 i didnt look sorry.... 3rd u could tell somthing wasn't right but it was still really good 4th the trails i would make change of size in ur trails or extend them because it didnt look right being the same size in the whole flip... hope that helped :D (sorry for horrible grammer)

did you make your stickmen in the big animation all weird and glitchy on perpose cause it looks cool

try moving the spine a little more and practice easing is my advice
