My first flash near enough finished now. I have added a few sounds and extended the animation a little bit.

Good for a first.

But...
- Easing
- Very choppy
- The movements weren't correct either.

Choopyness is because of the hosting i assume, as when i play it back on my computer with the flash player there is no choppyness at all :S

EDIT: Any other uploading websites i can use maybe it will make a difference?

No its not the hosting.

Runs fine on my computer with the flash player, then once uploaded it seems choppy, so it has to be where it is hosted.

Well i ran it from my desktop just to check and i still saw a load of choppyness. Easing as mention before but im guessing your very new to this in whichn case its a good start, you may want to try brush though, it is alot easier as far as movements are concerned. Watch your feet aswell, friction does exist.
