The question, its noobish but i just got flash yesterday cmon, you expect me to be an expert,

how do you make the figures consistent? mine dont stay the same size and length... need help how...

If you're talking about onion skin, its a button below the timeline space with two squares in it.

You have to pretty much redraw every frame.
Use onion skin as well

It's wobbly, dramatically. The beam looks uncompleted, it's just plain brush strokes with a few random dots, make the particles dissipate smoother and more in a more "real" gravity type of way.

No, i know about onion skin, i used it. Im getting alittle better, but people keep there sticks the same size every frame, same length and everything. wondering if there was a trick for it, or just skill.

Lots of practice. As you work with flash, your hand will steady with the mouse and it will be easier to draw a figure more consistantly.

Use control+z instead of erasing to undo mistakes, its saved me many times.

If your not a decent animator in the first place, I would say flash is going to be a bit harder than it would usually. Anyways, the key is to practice alot and watch others' animations and tutorials alot.
