my art kicks domocles' ass, and I will soon be a better animator than him, so he can go to hell. Seriously.

I taught tomocles was domocles.

Btw, don't get too high, nub. Also, the animation didn't have flow at all.

You must ease before you go onto a complete stop.

im not getting too high, I just dont like someone saying I copy another person.

12-11-2008, 01:33 AM
he wuz talkin bout the name mayb
the animation i thought was ok, really stiff and not much easing
still your getting good, sorta

Ok, either you're related to him or you are him.

12-11-2008, 07:08 AM
There wasn't any easing at all, otherwise I kinda liked your moves...
Btw it wasn't kung fu?

lol, hahaha, I normally dont get mad like that, so sorry if I came off like him.

That wasn't what Mesmay meant..

12-11-2008, 11:56 AM
he was talking about how conceited I was coming off as, so yes that was.

12-11-2008, 12:54 PM
not bad! The choreography was really sweet and there was easing but needs a tiny bit more before and after the hits. And yeah it was pretty lumpy and chunky but I dunno... I kinda liked it for some reason... had a certain style.

12-11-2008, 05:54 PM
was it that each hit was so immediate? Anyways, I am reworking this, so any other critiques: now would be the time.

choppeh as hell.

12-11-2008, 06:38 PM
I know Damocles, this kid (no offense) sucks major ass compared to him. Damocles like pays so much attention to detail in the animation, and this was like.....not. So yeah, stick to FB. Don't feel bad, the same thing goes for me. I can't animate sticks, but I can animate FB...

here is the new version of it:

it is more realisticly timed, and most moves are clearly visible.

12-11-2008, 09:01 PM
The update looks realistically timed, but I think it's a bit choppy and that smoothing on the brush should go up a little.

Also, you should put the updated version of your animation in the first post, so people don't C&C the wrong thing.

Don't like the 'tude here, tomocles, but the animation was decent. Very lumpy still, but it's not interfering. The physics were greatly improved, too.

you know, in retrospect I find it ironic that my bad animation got so many more views and replies than my good animations. hmm....stupid sticks.
