I read that shadow tutorial that Dudeman made, and a little help that Beatbox gave me on force, and made this animation. Sorry for the shortness.

Really short, as you said.
Things you need to do:
Press the little magnet button on the line tool.
Just blur X, not Y.
Add feets, (easier when you have zoomed in)
Another way to bend the back, is to use the selection tool, click and pull the line there you want it to be bent.

DUDE! SOUL , well the back was kinda distorted, you should have fixed that and you shouldnt have used the filter too much bro, instead you should have put effects

Bleh, sorta choppy. Needs more follow through at the end.

Make sure the reflection doesn't go above the line of the floor.

Wow, you've just given me the most awesome idea ever.

The anim was nice, but the blur at the end really wasnt needed.

well the blur was a bit messed up. and the back was a bit weird like java said but you've improved alot.

The first thing I need to bring up with this animation is that the body stops instantly right after the punch. You need a bit of easing on that motion unless he hits something. Make his motion rapidly decrease in speed as he stops, and that would make it look much more realistic.

And have the reflection a bit lower, and have it not show the last frame. We can see it there on the last frame.

And with filters, you may want to be smooth just like motions. It comes in a small amount the first 2 or so frames, brights up, and settles down rapidly. You can put an invert on it with the shadow and make it rapid, yet still smooth if you are looking for an impacting effect.

Otherwise, your motions werent bad!

Thanks for the comments. I was trying to make the shadow perfectly on the line so it looked like a realistic shadow, but I guess I made it too high. =P
Right now I'm gonna start on a longer animation, and hopefully, I wont give up on it.
