how I did it...I ain't gunna tell my secret...... or you can ask JustSolo :p

I can do animations at 120fps in CS4 :p
Unfortunately CS4 has been crashing too much for me to use :'(

it's easy to mass produce too...

EDIT:

there are many ways to make it look 3-D, I think I just may try one of em.

It's probably just motion tweening, or shape tweening with hints.

Smooth animation though.
