There needs to be more force when he pushes off as well as when he lands.

well the landing sucked it was not eased looked like it was quadframed

It's good to see that you're still pivoting.
The camera movements were pretty badly animated, and the easing and smoothness could be greatly improved. The easing on the landing is what really needs to be worked on. The physics were decent, and you have the backflip movement down. Keep pivoting, you'll be somewhat good as you were before.

It was really stiff.
You need to add more force on the backflip.
It was also shaky.
U need to ease more.
Take it from one who used to be able to make good pivots.

It was ok the Landing was off because it seemed quadframed as megaanims said earlier. More force could be used in the jump and physics could use a little bit of work. Other than that pretty good.
