So, I've been animating for about a month now, and After trying combat moves for the last two weeks and I though i'd try to perfect my runstyle..

So this is what 4 days of many tests came out with...

C&C appreciated

24fps

Inspirations for the run go to: steel_cold, terkoiz, wraz and others..

very stiff, not very smooth ether.
there's no resizing, but I think that the abdomen is a bit too big, if you shrunk that, making the legs longer, the anatomy would be better :p

ok thanks... I'll try an do that... I did 2 grids up for the legs and two grids up for the body, should I do 3 and 2?

the last one i uploaded was this http://www.*************/open/1235510465 (a week ago), so... I think I have improved..

try the legs going up by 2 and 1/2 grid blocks, making the back shorter by only half a block.

and yeah, you have improved since that last one there,...

I use in between 25-40 smoothing at sizes 2-8.
Work on redrawing your sticks better and your movements need a lot of work. I can do a pretty good run loop with 30 FPS in about 5 minutes =/ 4 days is a little too much don't you think?

I'm a beginner, It didn't take me 4 days to actually make it, I took me 4 days of tests to work it out..

A bit stiff, feels like the cycle isn't complete or something.

not like im any good at running either, but i found that it looks a lot better if you bend the back and tilt the head forewards a bit.
