It's odd, and too short to judge really.

I'm not sure about the way the arm gets lined up first and then comes forward. Then again, some people may punch like that. I would suggest perhaps starting it from the chest rather than the shoulder and keeping the elbow lower.

its pretty much the way i punch, you get a lot of power out of it in r/l

Really? Second degree blackbelt (ITF Taekwon-Do) Zed suggests you try from the hip pulling back the other arm simultaneously and rolling the hips to generate extra power. That way you keep some sort of balance andif they dodge you're already in position to try again with the other hand. If you twist the wrist right you can also make a real mess of any internal organs you hit.

If you manage to animate a twisting wrist in a punch which looks cool I applaud you.

Anyway too short I guess.

i think it is possible to animate a twisting palmstrike, but im not sure about a punch... ++ i do judo which is all about throwing, holding armlocking and strangling, ive never done punching in any depth.

I didn't enjoy the wobbly arm to much, but meh.

The punch was good, but I see you didn't redraw every frame at the back of the punch, which made it look not so good.

Needs more anticipation and easing if it is a standing still punch and not a combo..
