Well to point out everything,
I'd rate the animation 4/10, why ?
-easing, you have to think with easing, you cant just do some movement without easing, unless you want it to be slow mo, or awkward looking
-physics, it goes hand by hand with easing, even if you say "I want a cartoon looking fight" when he kicks the guy in the air, he shouldnt stop, the easing should be like this (I'm using the ball, because of the lucidity http://www.truploader.com/view/711
-blur, it doesnt seem so, but its true when I say that its really hard to use blur, personally I dont like it, people are overusing it, this is your case, just remove it and it will look much better, want to do a fast movement ? just use easing, easing does everything, want to do some blur effect anyways ? use this: http://www.truploader.com/view/714208

/watching your animation again

I think its everything for this animation, once you've learned the easing, you can do EVERYTHING.

And Im not being harsh or something, I just want to help you, because critics like

"i thought it was great!"

"it was really good.
i cant believe your sorry about the quality"

these critics wont help you to get better, because animation is about improvement =)
