Good, now make something longer, at least 10 seconds, to actually see wtf is going on =)

May the force be with you

I quite liked it, the only problems are, its too short, not enough anticipation and easing (too fast) and, He should not stay on the same spot.

Problems easily solved via practice!

A couple of things. The first is: MAKE IT BIGGER. We shouldn't have to strain our eyes.

Secondly, you have the basic "posing" style down (where the character goes from pose to pose with only a few transition frames inbetween), which is a decent way to animate. But to make it work better, you need to ease the transitions a little better. Make him slow down before stopping in a pose, and similarly make him speed up before changing his limbs too drastically (I'm talking 1 frame of acceleration on either end).

The last thing is...

CATS. Unless its related try to keep it out of it ok? Heh.

Oh, and the lightsaber was good.

My fps is 25, and about the cat, all that I want to say is, my old signature has a very funny big cat head, just take it as my biggest feature, ^_^

25..... 24 is what people usually use, meh not much difference.

what about frames?

this is my last question BTW.

23 frames......Relatively short, I think.....

I am a friend of Ghost Fight's author, 25 fps is his feature, I improved my fps from 18 to 25 one year ago.

He didn't really move much. But everything else was good.

needs to be slower with a longer and smoother looking trail.

That was great! The trail effect (blur or whatever you call it) was great, at the very end it faded out a bit to slow though. The movements all together were very smooth. but maybe have a few more frames for easing and a pause between each strike.

'Twas better than what I could accomplish at this sortof thing by far.
So maybe I have no room to be giving C&C, but I think my tips may still make a valid point.
