I tried out a new FPS, also, I made my walks more realistic by decreasing the angle of the leg and making the steps slower.

you have much patience to the it at that frame-rate. It was a tad slow, and the sword holding movement wasn't excellent. But it's better!

It took me about 30-45 mins. just to get the loop done.
I tried to perfect the movement and this is how good I got it.
And for the sword movement, I know it wasn't great, I was trying to make him bob a little, but I couldn't get the easing right.

thanks for the C&C. :)

Don't use 40 FPS . . .
Just stick with 24 or something. Your movements still need work.

It didn't look right at all in 24 fps.
I don't know why, it only looked good when I triple framed it in 40.
Also, this loop is for a game I'm making, and the game is in 40 FPS.
I tried making it into 24 FPS (removing triple frames) but it made it look worse.
Even when I singled and double framed.

If you want to animate at 40 FPS, do it, but it isn't smart =/

You've tripple framed, 40/3=13, 13 fps ain't that good, use 16, 18, 20, then 24, when using 24 fps, you can double frame, but keep in mind that people like me hate slow movements, you get bored after watching animation done in 12 fps :c
so you should use double and single framing at places.

What was wrong about this animation,
the holding
the speed
head should bounce more
dont be afraid and move the body more, make it more dynamic (I call this "animation flow" )

Too slow, if you're going to try 40 fps, try to double, not triple frame it. And one of the leg twitches a bit in the middle.

Anyways, the run wasn't THAT bad, but no need to double and triple frame so much, just to prank with "LOOK ME I DID 40 FPS OMFG IM AWESOME" if you know what I mean. Next time just keep it around 12-24 fps and then, no need to double frame.

Good walking sequence.

(My first few post might sound dumb, just trying to get 20 to be able to post URLs)
