I am trying to brush up on physics and shading.
I don't know if it is an improvment for me, as my physics have always sucked as they do on this one.

Its ok, it looked like you tweened the guy though. Always try to have his individual parts moving a little bit, it will look more realistic.

Anyway,make more than that,to me it looked like you made that to piss ppl off
Make another anims,but not like that one :P

It was just to test gravity rakeria.
It wasn't supposed to be a 30 second long epic animation.
And doc, I didn't tween him, if you flip through frame by frame, you can see that every single limb moves on the ascent and descent.

Can someone please make a remark on how I should improve the physics.
Also, less needed but welcomed would also be to comment on the shading.

I know neither of them are good, that's why I'm here.

You still need to make his legs longer. They are pretty short compared to the body. Also make him bend the legs more when he goes to jump.
