I suggest beginners section.

Reasons why:
You need to ease everything.
You need to make them all less stiff.
You need to make things which are anatomically possible.
You need to make things that are physically possible.
You need to add more force.
You need to use sticks of different colours so that they aren't merging all over the place.
You need to stop sticks from merging with themselves all over the place.
You need to spend more time on an animation.
You need to perfect your last animation before you move on to the next one.
You need to only show us animations that you think are good.

Beginners.

1. Learn to ease.
2. Very stiff.
3. Really slow.
4. Increase the FPS.
5. Learn the physics.
6. It's choppy.
7. Make shorter animations, but better.
8. As a result of 7. you'll improve faster.
...

If you don't understand, check some tutorials.

I love how they do like 5 frames for 1 limb, then they do 5 new frames for the next one, as if stickmen are spazzes.
