i took a walking tutorial and tried it is this good enough for walking if not please give me tips

Request put in to be moved to the pivot section.

Watch the foot placement and double the number of frames you use. Adding a floor will help you keep him steady. Learn about easing and apply it to the arms. You've got the basic movements and it's not too bad for your first.

Exactly the same but after you've animated each frame you use the orange dot to move it so that the place the foot on the floor is now is directly over the onionskin of that foot.

Quikly looked:
The arms are crap, they don't even loop right.
The The legs' movements are good, but you gotta add a floor, so that the foot PLACEMENT is right. What zed said.
The frame where the front leg goes down is choppy, because it isn't well looped.

Gotta say: It isn't quite a walk. It's more in-between walking and running. Slow the framerate.
