Its way to short and there isnt alot of movement plus no arms.

Yeah, the flip is horrible and lacks easing.

you resized the figure during each frame in which there's some rotation of the body going on. Make sure that all of the joints, including waist, knees, ankles, neck, etc, have their own unique arc of motion that are influenced by gravity, the force applied to them and the weight they're connected to. Think of a swinging pendulum. it swings in a bowl shaped arc, right? it doesn't move in a straight line left and right.

Other than that it's smooth and nice. keep practicing and do some physics and animation homework. See if you can find some richard williams animators survival kit videos on youtube or google videos. it should help you out.

he put thye basic movements in and felt the arms were unnecessary for the basic point of it.
