View Full Version : starting pivot again

I used to animate with pivot quite a while ago. I made this quick test to see wether or not I have retained any of my former ability.

I just want to know if you think I have any hope or skill.

Edit I just made another. it's a short fight test.

How ish my walk practice? (http://img515.imageshack.us/i/walkt.gif/)

Yeah, I think you could get back into it pretty quickly. All the basic knowledge was there - it just needed refining a little.

I started testing for my dodgeball comp. how am I doing? I really don't like the part where the first guy flies off screen. any tips as to how I could improve that?

I really like it. Some of the movements are great. There's a bit where he jumps that could probably have a frame knocked off just after takeoff because it looks a bit weird, and it's a little stiff in some places, but the throws especially were well done.

yeah I deffinitely agree about the guy flying off screen. just knock off a couple of frames you say?

Yeah, it'll speed up his exit. You may have to move him around a bit in the remaining frames to smooth up a bit, but generally there're more frames there than necessary.

idk why, but I like it......... It's not really my style... I still like it though
especially the dodge ball one( ur sig). maybe it was the mix of DBZ and dodge ball....
