You need to practice more.

Find some books on anatomy and study them.

I strongly dislike the style.
"OBJEKTSHUN" his head is far too small for the body. Also, his arm bends in the completely wrong place. There isn't any thing to say apart from the obvious. I assume you know all the major faults.
Just work on the basic structuring of a body.

Keep it up.

It would probably help you to draw with outlines, unless you already do that. But yeah, if you still can't get the basic body structure down, just start learning anatomy.

Look up some Andrew Loomis books and study them.

Try to clean it out a bit as well, sketchy lines don't look too nice.

Because I'm ****ing psychic.

In addition to Stuffs suggestion I would also recommended George Bridgman.

Your sketch lines are a bit wide and stand out. I suggest using a dark gray and sketching in a smaller confidement, if you understand what I'm saying.

OBJEKSHUN: The only thing that bugs me is the sloppy letters.
Pizza Man: Just make the head taller and add more facial features/expressions.
