Also. I dunno how long it is, but you should try to do like, a 20 second animation.

I learned that animating in 3D was harder than I thought it would be. And I was moving one of those basic models that you can instantly make in 3DS Max.

473 frames. I'd say that's about 20 seconds.

Not as much movement as there could have been though. The guy at the start was great, I liked him. The second guy was well done, but the movement went on for too long. I think he should spend about half that time praying. The jump looked a bit strange too because it was lacking in movement, but then I can't actually imagine the guy moving any differently so I guess I can't really criticise that. The ending made me go wtf, but I suspect that was kinda the idea, so that was good.

So overall, really good animation - just a bit dull and lacking in something.

I know, but I was looking for a good praying sound effect and I found only this one, well I found more, but those were just weird and they sucked, this one is kinda long but w/e.

As for the jump, its more like a step to nowhere, I was trying to recreate the jump from Prototype intro, really inspiring piece:

0:43 thats the moment, I was watching it over and over and over and then I decided to animate something like that,

the Trex was random, I just tried to do a few camera tricks there, for the stand up (f351-352) and for the Trex to come in the scene (f401-402)

And as you said, I also like the guy in the beginning, hes kind of cute, because of his pose, Im really happy with him :) thanks for the comment.

Arch-Angel, I know what you're talking about, I become to feel quite comfortable when working in Maya now, after a year of shitness :)
