So I'm having a problem with Flash CS4. Whenever I try to open most MP3 files I have it comes up with the error, "One or more files not imported because there were problems reading them." However there are others that I can open, and they are no different then these files that won't open. Sizes are the same, file types are the same. And yet it won't let me import them to the library.

Help?

I used to have that problem, it's something to do with the way the mp3 was written and the fact that flash is fussy.

Just re-encode them using razorlame (http://www.dors.de/razorlame/)

Well, you should have bought a PC then.

Use audacity. Resave the mp3. or convert to wav. I forgot which one it is, but it works.
