You need to keep the flow going. If he starts off spinning, he can't stop in the air. There's nothing for him to push against.

Also, when jumping he needs to bend his knees a lot more, otherwise there won't be enough force to push off the ground at all.

Watch the foot placement too.

Maybe add more easing.

Some of the positions of the legs in the rotation were ok though.

I recommend you post in the beginner's section for a while.

Hmm, the feet slide around a lot. I allso don't like the sudden stop in the uum "run" it should flow more, theres a lot to work on, easing, stiffness, flowyness, and physics.
Oh, zed beat me to all of that....
damn it I got ninja'd again! :(

toooooooooooooo spaced. needs alot more easing. you could of gave more constructive critisism. The feet slide, needs more easing. example: -|--|---|----|---|--|-|

Conclusion: when a object goes faster then at midpoint starts slowing down.

(but not too much.)

if you connect all the middle points of the pelvis that it goes through you should get nice, fluid arc, not a jerky one, try recreate this video, video reference always helps ;)
