I think you got the foot placment thing the wrong way round :/

Well, the physics are off. when doing a backflip you don't suddenly stop in middair, then start going again. There are still some stiffness issues and it needs to flow much nicer.

Here, look at this and you know what I mean...

You were double framing wrong, silly. By doing so you haven't created the image of slo-mo, but rather a dead stop in mid-air. You're supposed to double frames leading into the main action, or something like that, and after you do the anticipated movement, you ease out from there.

It is stiff and like the other people said, the physics were way off.

Make a normal looking flip without the heavy spacing and it would be better!

Yeah, the split jump isnt that good.
