Damn man those moves are pretty poor :(
Some sweet mooves
but some of it looked choppy or lazily animated.
Sorry :( <33

It looks like the floor is moving under the board. Try and make the board feel like it is moving more, instead of just in front of a green screen.

I have no clue if noobs are allowed to post in this section but ehh.. That was killer in my opinion, I liked the part where he tips the board sideways and you can still see his feet :D. And the moving background thing is cool :)

The moves were pretty good IMO, but I think you could have put, like, trees in the backround so you can really see the screen movement. When he lands on the board, you should make the board go down a little to add physics. The second dodge was really bad though, I wasn't feeling too good about that ghost-trail effect, it looked... noobish, and a little physicless. The first dodge was cool except for the arm flop, I saw what you were trying to do but... it just didn't look too good, though you WERE bored. Not bad, though. But I have to admit, the board going from side to side was smexshy.

err... way better than anything I can do but I found one problem, the first time he jumped while on the board it only went down maybe one pixel, it didn't ever go back up, and it didn't move at all the other jump.

The movments lacked easing and some of them were poorly animated.
Even though it wasn't that great, it has given me inspiration to do a hover board chase :P

that was pretty good but i gotta agree it could be better. and as Darc said, you should add some trees or some buildings or something

Pretty good, and very ambitious. Nice effort. Some movements were off, but whatever. It's kind of your style. Keep it up. Nice 3-Dish effects with the board.
Parkour. =/

Fiiiiine FroDo :P

Full colour anim, and no one notices?

04-23-2008, 11:44 AM
I noticed. =D
So yeah, do parkour.
With jumping from building to building, and swinging from conveniently placed poles. I'd <3 it.

I'll see what I can do.

Anyone wanna know how to animate full colour and not lose the onion skin?

Hint: It doesn't involve backgrounds.

04-23-2008, 11:51 AM
without background.
just dont use onion-skin, you shouldnt rely on it.
onionskin isnt that good.
i do alot of my anims without onions.
so does zomb ^-^

*cough* *cough* trans- *Zomb puts hand over my mouth*
i swore an oath...
however the word trans does give a clue.

04-23-2008, 01:58 PM
yeah , go become a transvestite . Anyway I'm sadly disappointed in you tbh. you are way better than this , the movements were totally off , atho i liked him turning the board from side to side , still I expect better from you , and also I'm glad to see you animate.

04-23-2008, 02:40 PM
trans... parency?:heh:

04-23-2008, 02:42 PM
nope! trans... vestite.
