I like the movement of the sprite and it looks very cute and good but you are gonna make the head move when he runs right?

Yes, I plan on making simple head sway when he runs. I just did that to get a feeling of where the head would be. Thank you

I'm really digging the fluid fullbody movement you have here. You have a few proportional problems between the frontal frame and the run animation. For starters hes way shorter when he runs for some reason. His forehead stretches a little. I think when he's running the head should be a little more forward because the spine is leaning forward (http://johnkstuff.blogspot.com/2006/05/animation-school-lesson-5-line-of.html).

You just need to measure every part of his body to be consistent.
