This is your third animation 0.o You sure?
I can find very little to criticize xD
Apart from a little resizing here and there, it seems pretty good. Also, increasing the frame rate (or reducing the number of double frames) wouldn't hurt. The whole thing had a feel of slow-motiony-ness.

well i've used pivot for several years. Also I'm running at a 12.5 fps with no double framming. So you think upping the fps will help some?

Yeah, I think up to about 15 or 16 would be good.

the human eye sees at 30 frames per second and to me is the most aesthetically pleasing. I know I sound like I am copying terkoiz but I have been animating at 30 fps before I even new about terkoiz's tuts.(nerd-->) to me its just science.(<--nerd)

try to not keep the stick in one place spinning for so long by putting all the weight on a limb like you did with the leg, that would be very exhaustive in real life and looks kind of boring at this framerate, I believe most pivoters do this but im not sure

yay, it's very smooth, you should try animating 15 fps.
