I like how you are not afraid to put the inbetween frames needed to make it look smooth and fluid but there is something I think you missed in this last one, you'll see when this blue guy rise his leg the lower body is streching to the max, when he drops the leg from the that height to make that spin there is a significant weight coming down and the only body part that receives this weight is the left leg, there is where the problem is, in my opinion, in your animation the left leg is not affected by the other leg coming down, what should have happened is that the bend of the left leg because it is receiving a lot of weight, then to make that second kick takes place a spring effec in the left leg, I hope my explanation is understandable :/
