you should work harder, on your Slow motion cuz you just moved the 2 guys.

This is what we call a Bozo Tween.

I recommend you redo the test using frame by frame only, and then we can have a better look at what's going on.

You got the main idea and your running looks really smooth, but what I recommend is you do a separate tween for each limb so it'll look more natural. Try that and see how it goes

You don't really need to tween for a slow motion animation... just animate it as normal, then go back and double-frame the parts where you want the slow motion to be.
