It's less bad than a lot of first-time animations which try to be too long. But it is still longer than you should really be trying at this stage. I'd recommend little animations until you have the basics sorted. Give this a read: http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?25590-Pivot-for-Beginners

Yea, its not half as bad as some other pivot beginners. look at regular beginner pivot animations, also, note how long they are (yours is much more fluid than most. I applaud you): https://www.google.com/search?q=pivot+gif&es_sm=91&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=E51mU9bFB5CgogTi9IDQBA&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAQ&biw=1920&bih=915#q=awesome+stick+gif&tbm=isch&facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=Pkw_lY-zxK9LxM%253A%3Bc0P7jyQC3UhwhM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252 Ffc02.deviantart.net%252Ffs38%252Ff%252F2009%252F0 02%252F6%252F7%252FStick_Figure_FALCON_PUNCH_by_wo rldman29.gif%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fworldman29.devia ntart.com%252Fart%252FStick-Figure-FALCON-PUNCH-108200431%3B640%3B480

No, it's not. You are a beginner and you can only improve but try and make shorter animations. Go for quality not length.
