Harro, been animating with flash for about a week and a half. This is the product.

Btw, I have no idea how to put sounds into the flash file so I edited them in with Sony Vegas afterwards.

First animation (18 FPS)-http://www.fileize.com/view/be82091a-279/

Continuation animation (18 FPS)-http://www.fileize.com/view/c2a7272c-1fb/

Running/Blood test (24 FPS)-http://www.fileize.com/view/6e9fd1bd-a6b/

Here's the edited version with the music and sound effects.

And of course the sound effects are way off. Thanks youtube. Anyone know how to fix this?

CQC?...I think that's what it's called. The abbreviation for (Give me criticism on my animation...Please.)

I suggest you familiarize yourself with more animation terms before given cnc, ex. resizing, easing, fluidity, choppiness, stiff.
resizing means the stick fails to keep it's proportion

Oh, yeah sorry. I totally blanked out. I know what you mean. My character will change sizes for no reason. When using the onion skin I usually make a limb or part on my stickfigure go to far or to short without realizing it. Ways to fix this?

cnc, ex.

What do these terms mean? I'm pretty familiar with all the others. I used pivot on and off ever since I was young. So I have some common knowledge.

There is no way to "Fix" it, you have to naturally get used to keeping proportion, unlike pivot which the stick has premade joints.
you can also use "guidelines" to keep your stick the same height.

Go around some other flash anims and take a look at the cnc (comments and criticism), you'll become familiar with it soon enough, also be sure to welcome critique, no one likes people who can't take critique (I know from personal experience)

Thank you, and I hope I didn't come off as that type of person. I know very well that to become successful in anything you need to be open to opinion. I was not offended at all. This helped me out.

>_>...Uhhh This wouldn't be the place to ask. If you have questions you should probably search them in the search bar via upper right corner, or ask in the general help thread (Whatever it's called)

But here is the link to the RHG Character Thread http://forums.stickpage.com/forumdisplay.php?51-RHG-Characters

Hope that helped.

lol i can definitly tell u started with pivot. for help with resizing the best advice i can give u is to make an extra layer that has a line at the top of the stick figures head and the bottom of its feet. this is my personal preference but i also put one at his center of gravity just so his torso and legs dont shift too much... hope that helped just pm me for more info i dnt want to clog up ur thread and prevent more ppl from cnc

Thanks, that actually helps a lot. I was a bit confused when GroundXero mentioned it. I will actually use that. Because I do resize way to much :/

Although I will take you up on your offer. I need a lot of help haha. Thanks for the time.
