ok the first thing i would do is watch this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOouzsIPNWs

there are TONS of tutorials on youtube, most of them by members of stickpage. any of hyun's, geo's, stone's, and terkoiz's tutorials are good. they helped me a lot. another thing is really take your time. if something doesnt look quite right, dont be afraid to go back and change it. even though it may be tedious, you'll eventually get to the point where making a single frame doesnt take much time at all. ANIMATING IS ALL ABOUT PRACTICE. the more time you spend drawing those stick figures, the better you'll become. i promise! keep it up! :)

Hey, Mango sent me a message and it said to improve you must keep on animating full length and you will slowly get better.
Watch his tutorials closely and you will find it easier

Well for a start, the legs are always bending and stretching and he is constantly moving.
Good use of lines though. If you need a bit of help here

well, I know what you mean but when you walk, your momentum moves forward, It looks strange when they walk and their legs are constantly moving forward
