You need to work on stiffness.
Try to keep you limb's within the last onion skin like this, it's an old tut i did..

speed up to 6 frame per hundredth of a second.

post in the beginners and take advices, cause you need them.

Well.You don't have easing and you really need tips.

1st.Speed up the frames per seconds to twenty to follow my style of animating

2nd.Try moving in small steps and ALWAYS move and never stay still.For my sig for example.See it never stays still.And also.Don't follow other people's animating style if you don't know anything about how to animate like them.And for the blows what do you expect?Small movements?

3rd.You have to understand this,I am still posting in the beginners section and have you seen my animations?
you must post there too.Because you need lots of tips from others.

What i don't get is why people tell people to speed up animations up.
It has nothing to do with the speed, its the way in which the limbs are moved.
There simply needs to be more precise movements and less frames.
I keep all my animations at default speed, and they come out smooth as hell.
