I deleted the actual flash for the first one so I couldn't resize it..and I made the other guy fall side ways.

And is there a way I could animate without redrawing in flash mx ?

Yes, but it would suck severely. Unless your like the MASTER at it.

Listen, in order for your animation to be good, you should redraw. And don't wine about it, ESPCIALLY since it is just stick figures.

If you think it's to hard, animating is not for you. You have to have a lot of patience to animate.

why dont you just post links to the flashes or embed them as flashes instead of images which can kill the frame rate?

they remind me of when jstick first started flash :p they arn't bad

@edward yes I do flash but only when I heve a demo.

Um, I keep forgetting to change the frame rate at the beginning, so I leave them at 12-15, and it's not really the gif.

You could use tweens or motion trails.
