First animation ever: please tell me what's wrong with it, how I could make it better.... etc. etc.. Wait. Don't please. You must tell me how I could improve. (I shalt stand my ground for the shockwave :p)

Okay, your biggest problems is that the sticks are REALLY stiff. To remove this, you must move every joint in all of the frames(there is some exceptions though).
The second big problem is that it dosen't have any force. To have this, you must atleast give a valid reaction from the second stickfigure.
Third is that you need easing in the punch. I'm too lazy to explain about easing, so just look it up on the pivot tuts. Zed's tut is really helpful.
Yeah, work on that stuff. Sorry for sounding harsh ^.^

Harsh does not matter in my opinion. You spoke the truth and thanks so much for doing so :)

It's still really stiff as I said before, and the movements where... meh. Same for reaction. Don't give up though, I see that you have potential.

I finally figured out the problem with your run cycle, it really bothers me how he kinda skips in it. It looks MUCH better when you have it just on the ground.
*yawn* I'm kinda tired now, just pay attention to the tuts, practice, and you'll be fine <:
That's all for me!

HEY IM NOT BUSY ANYMORE! :D

anyway you are getting better. ur anims are becoming smooth but the joints of your figures arnt moving properly.

I made this previously for another guy who needed help with the same things.
this is only to show you the BASICS of movement :). lol i made this in like 2 minutes so dont judge.
http://www.fileize.com/files/c9c100ea/f3b/stick_guy_yay.gif

as you can see his joints for the most part move freely with every movement of his actual body. See how his arm falls down to his side in the beginning?
at first falling, it starts out slowly and freely, then as it continues falling it speeds up. try this by making anims with ur stickguy flopping his arms or something for practice.
the attacks I added in were to show the overall basics of attacking and such.
hope this helped, keep on pivotting bro! :D
