You need to work on making the hits feel like they have force behind them, and your poses are a little stiff, don't be afraid to bend the guy over. His back looks really...well, stiff. Not bad though, keep up the good work.

surprised you found a vcam ^^ and good job bro. Maybe make the hits have a bigger build up (more frames) to make the impact of the punch seem like it would hurt.

The stick figures are wobbly and looks akward. Also, try double framing to slow the animation down but great job though. :D

Its too fast try maybe double framing the fast points, or just try a lower fps so you can still do what your doing but it will not be as fast.
