ok its very choppy,the stickfigure is way to stiff,and the arms should be moving not hanging back in mid air........but other wise not to bad for first ive seen worse and is that pivot??if it is its in the wrong section

Wow that looks exactly like one of my first run cycles, (if you search my name you'll find it), try upping the frame rate a little. Head over to the tutorials section of the site and you'll find some great running/walking tutorials.

make sure your stickmans footing stays firm- like in one place - look for the onion skin button. It works like in pivot & easytoon, you can see the previous and frames ahead of you, an also theres an edit multiple frames button(Different story), back to subject. you have a help index we hope, so keyword "Onion Skin" in the help thingy,..... yeah....
