I see improvement in there mate!

Good easing and now better smooth movements, Continue it!

Thought when he runs it doesn't quite fit the position of when he jumps, also he hangs in the air for too long. When he fell. he should have a bit of easing of slowing down, then slowly to fast: getting up, unbending his knees.

I know it's unfinished, just a suggestion with the easing part.

Quite nice. End needed a lot more easing, though. Well, not much bad to say about this, congrats.

llike killeq said, he needed to continue to bend. also don't make him float to long in the air, it was stiff. you just moved him for like 4 frames in the air, when he was about to reach the circle thing. That ruined it kinda. I felt like he stayed to long in the air while rotation, he should at least move a bit down.

but its good.

The slow movement after he jumped off the ledge to the ball was just like an intense moment, like everything slows down, making the viewer wish he makes it. I didn't pull that off well.
