View Full Version : Good enough?

This is my very first stick animation. So I was wondering if this will be good enough before I will continue on to the main stuff (may last 3 mins +).

Yeah.. well... it's only my first one. When I'm done with the movie I still need to add in those fine details like smoke, blood, trails, particles, etc.

I stopped it after hearing the overused Linken park music

well ill be much better if you put the groun d and the background in different tones and the heads are poligony like and that is weird

you use brush tool or line tool?

The reason why the heads look so polygonal is because the stage is only 640x480 and I drew the heads with the circle tool at 2000%. That because making is so small will allow the environment to look bigger by using the vCam to zoom in on a portion of it. Now that I thin about it, I think that was a bad idea, so I guess I just use scenes instead. I also drew my sticks with the pencil tool, not with the line or brush. And yes, I changed the music because I found it annoying after hearing to so many times.

Remember, I am new to animation so I'm still learning from my mistakes as I go.

Ok, sorry for the double post. But after taking some of your suggestions, here's what I came up with. I'm no where near completed and I still also have to add in the HUD.

I use the brush for the effects and the pencil for the sticks

I like the redo, I found the music a little more PWNG all in all 3.9/5
