That's some good shit, bro.

The movements are excellent and so is the easing and spacing. In the one with the magic wand guy, you did a terrific job keeping him from appearing stiff while standing in one spot. I really like your style of running too.

I guess the only thing constructive I got to say is maybe they're a little bland. All just white back ground, black sticks. You should do some more effects, but as long as you're animating what you want to animate for the sake of fun you're doing a fantastic job.

Thanks alot Jutsu, I appreciate your kind words :)

I'll try to make some more effects and animations with backgrounds. A project could be good for me

Here's what I've found, a project will only be as good as the time and effort you put in.
If you don't rush "Like I do all the time" and focus on making every panel perfect, it'll be stunning.

Where is the tutorial for 3d animations like that

There aren't any tutorials on 3d that I am aware of at the time for pivot. I taught myself this by practicing.

Since you are just beginning I would suggest you stick to the basics. Try doing mini tests from time to time and posting them on the "Beginners Post Your Pivot Animations Here" thread. I'm sure you will get some great feedback and improve a ton!
