You have a lot to work on here to be honest. The shadows are okay, but it's really a reflection. Shadows would be all black. You must add more frames to all of your motions, because the motions are honestly just bad. They go too quickly, gravity seems turned off, and the physics are choppy. Please tell me you know what this means.

The reflection has a weird overlapping alpha change where the head overlaps the torso. To fix this, put the head and the body in the same frame, highlight all of it, modify, shape, convert lines to fills.

Not so bad.

You could start by increasing the frame rate and adding more in between frames.

And maybe make the stickfigures smoother?

This be true. Commit more frames to all of your motions, and it will look much better.

Animation is a difficult art form. The more work you put into any animation, the more your effort shows. Put loads of effort into one movie, then we can give much more C&C, and you will become better from the experience.

Move on from this clip and go on to a better film.
