I guess its good.....

When he stick's leg gets messed up and he falls think it could use some more bouncy bounce or something.
The run loop was way to fast to fit your slowish style. If youused that run along with that style everything would look unflowly or some shit.
But all together its good.

Your heavy spacing and easing, and the basics in general, are pretty good. I'd say the movements need a little work though. Things never seem quite natural, which isn't noticeable when the stick is stretching because of course it's not natural, but whenever some running happens the animation doesn't seem as good.

i got really lazy near the end that's why and also i hated my slow style it just bored me
the dues suppose to be on some type of caffeine or something i go for the more fast style running because my slow running never turns out good and it just looks yuck

Your heavy spacing and easing
Where are the heavy spacing and easing? I don't see any.

Three bits, after the ellipsis.

Perhaps I should have said "not bad" rather than "pretty good". I depends what frame of reference you want to use. I've seen much worse.

My point was that you seem like you have a wrong definition of heavy spacing. What you should have said was heavy "pacing", not spacing. There's a difference, you see: Heavy spacing is generally having the same amount of frames of a regular movement and make the easing abrupt.
For example:
Normal spacing: l-l-l-l--l--l---l---l----l-------l--------l--------l----l---l---l--l--l-l-l-l
Heavy spacing: l-l-l-l-l-l--l--l--l----l------------------l----l--l--l-l-l-l-l-l-l
