Well, work on easing and like Lixu said put more effort into it.

make the trails on the fireball change more, make them thicker, and sort of part of the ball, otherwise its just a red ball.

Don't put to be continued at the end of a short, it shows that you're lazy and you screwed up on what should happen next.

You need to work on easing, definitely. Your effects are blah.

And there's a text tool for a reason.

Eh I just made it in a hurry
Whatever....I haven't tried out flash for a month...
so this was just a switch over to flash...

THe particles were awful, they need to be more fluent, and the catapult's release was horrible, had no easing or anything.
Keep at it, but don't ever make a catapult of of thick sticks like that, it looks awful.
