Si, my recommendations:

20 seconds long, and only two hits? half of it... no, way. 3/4 of it it's just credits. So you put 15 seconds of credits for a 5 seconds animation. Right now, at this level, that's just useless.
I mean: "Directed by:"?
Who needs to know who directed a 5 seconds animation with only 2 hits?
Forget about credits per now, and focus on the animation.

Overall, you need some things to work on. You have some understanding on movements, but you need to work on your flow.
To get better at it, first you need to understand the 12 basic principles of animation.
Here's the first principle: Squash and stretch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haa7n3UGyDc) (<-- click).
There you can find the other 11. Practice all of them and apply them on your sticks, you get a lot better, just practice :)
