This is what i think, i think you should bend the knees a bit more and when it lands, the front feet was like, sliding. It should not be like that unless its ice..

This will help with the feet: http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?31100-How-to-maintain-foot-placement-Pivot-Movement

There are a few other things you'll need to work on in the long-run. First, exaggerate all your movements. Realism looks shit with stick figures. Pretend it's theatre and you need everything to be visible to the back row. Once you've done that you'll need to work on easing. Obviously the only tutorial I'm likely to recommend for that is my own one: http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?28577-Easing-Everything-You-Need-To-Know-Pivot-Movement

Hey, glad to see one of your animations as the first one I click.
After the landing, give it a few frames if it's going to repeat. This gives us a good view of how you posed the landing.
