Not tryin to be rude, but it needs A LOT of work.
First of all, the entire thing is much too slow, and some how
still kinda choppy in some places.

You need to move the character farther in each frame and keep it fluid
(a common frame rate is 24 fps)

Some times they float in the air, that's not good unless intentional

Also, your attacks look more like slaps, you need to pull back the arm before you punch

(There is one part where it literally looks like a one arm kitty fight)

He's just giving you ways you can improve, no need to be so rude. And there's a quote button for a reason.

Just like Resh? That Umbrella dude?

Practises make perfect. Do more practises like him from time to time and you'll get more better results.
Be patient. It's not like you're gonna be professional in a day with one try.
Skill has its time to grow up.

Keep up the good work, m8!

for your first animation it seems you have a better understanding of how to take it slow than most when they first start; shit flying all across the screen in half a second and all that. You seem to be on the right track so far just keep praticing and you'll see improvement.

Pro tip that isn't from me "Even if you don't feel like animating, or don't know what to animate. do it anyway"
helps alot
