So i tried to make an animation of a stick punching another, the running is choppy, help would be nice on the running, but the punch looked good to me.

To make a run you have to keep a few things in mind.
-The feet are both off the ground for longer than they're on it.
-The body, as a generality, isn't going to be vertical. It's normally forward at an angle. (There are cases where this isn't true, but unless you have a character running like Samus then it usually is.)

That said, your run looked way more like a walk, which isn't necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, but since you were trying to make a run it is.

It's really nice that you actually anticipated the punch a bit, but keep in mind that when you do an action the whole body is moving. It's rarely ever just a single piece of the entire character.

At any rate, keep at it! Animation is 90% effort and hard work. If you keep doing it then you will most certainly improve.
